“Great location and wonderful staff!!“

“Came here today, decided to go drive through because every time i go here i always encounter with a nice worker. She always gets the order right and make sures i am satisfied with the service, she is really nice and should get payed more, the other staff has no emotions but she is so happy all the time and always greets customers with a smile, the food is great, not salty. She even gives me a few jelly packets! Happen to catch her name, i think it was Sherlyn or Sherlin. She is also a very pretty young lady!“

“In all honesty I haven't been here very much at all, but for some reason, it always feels like a damn good treat. Perhaps it's the rarity of those visits. Maybe it's the disproportionate over-excitement from my family whenever I've suggested this place (even compared to Culver's and Arby's - both of which I prefer more). Or it could simply be the chicken. Ah, yes. Mystery solved. It's the chicken. Look, this isn't fine dining, so they sure as heck ain't getting five stars on this review, but the chicken is worth a solid four stars all by itself. Aside from these generically basic observations, the headline news is I have no noteworthy complaints to report whatsoever. Except they don't have one in Cambridge. This needs to be remedied so my family can enjoy their chicken more often. I'm not driving to another town for fast food. No way. We go here only when driving through towards another destination. Though I'm sure management will read this review and immediately route my feedback onto whoever makes these decisions. I'm more surprised some of you are still reading this. I stopped providing any useful information whatsoever almost as soon as I began writing this sad excuse for a review. You even just checked back to see if that was true. I don't know why you did that. This whole episode is benefitting neither one of us at this point. All I know is you are hungry, but would rather waste time here with me than take care of that. Don't worry. This review will still be here. Go get your chicken before they close. I accept no responsibility for your procrastination.“

“Mobile order pickup through the drive thru was flawless! The process is detailed precisely in the app. My food was ready, hot fresh and delicious at the window. And the staff is as fabulous in the drive thru as they are in the store. Every time we visit here I am amazed and impressed!!!“

“Outstanding service! By far my favorite Chick fil a!! I forgot my debit card when I had already ordered in the drive-thru and I told them to cancel the order. The lady at the window said it was on the house and I didn’t have to worry. Made my day!“

“First impression is the dining room smells like it has been cleaned. It have a cement floor and open industrial ceiling though painted bright colors and appears very clean. The person at the counter was very friendly and quick to my needs.

Food; the fries are cooked properly. Crispy and seasoned good. I do not need to cover the flavor with sauce as they stand on their own. The pickles are standard kosher dill pickle slices that were chilled. The Dave's sauce is a mayo/ketchup mix with some seasoning mixed in. The chicken is cut white meat with a thin breading and a spice level to your liking. I chose medium to get a mid-level idea of what it is like. I like hot things and medium did not create a reaction. I will tell you, your fingers will have a dark orange color and the napkin will be dirty after one piece of Chicken. The chicken was moist and hot. You order and are given a local pager, to which they page you when your food is ready. I don't think I waiting more than 5 minutes. It is 12:51pm on a Wednesday and the dining room was about 35% full.

Over all, I would come back. I will bring some co-workers to see what they think.

Parking: Multiple restaurants in the area with ample parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: After time was able to find the ramp and the entry is one double door that is level. No auto opener.“

“We came here with our two little kids and the staff were amazing! I told my husband we received better service than at a sit-down restaurant. They were also so sweet to our kids and even brought my son a little toy. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience.“

“My wife had been wanting KFC ask day. We had stopped at a KFC in Wisconsin just over the border from Taylor's Falls, MN.. It was a disastor..To our wonderful surprise we stopped at a second KFC in Con Rapids.. The place was Terrific.. It was very clean, the staff friendly and smiling.. Ready to help.. The restrooms were inviting and very clean.. Having some time to kill we are in and hung out for a while.. It was great.. Even the signage on the walls were new and captivating.. I whole heartedly recommend this KFC..Good Luck“
