They are so stingy with their hot sauce. I ask for extra hot sauce and I get 3 packets. I put it on everything and it’s kinda annoying that I run out half way through my meal. This is everytime, and even when I make a point to ask for extra they never do.
They are rude
I arrived at the counter and they were very friendly. The food was delicious. I would always choose Popeyes

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a popular fast food destination known for its delicious chicken dishes. The restaurant consistently delivers quality, with correct orders and considerate service, making it a great spot to return to. The spicy version of their chicken doesn't overpower, and the chicken fingers are a favorite. The fries are also a standout, making mouths water. Their chicken sandwich is a must-try, with hot and crispy pickle-filled bites that are hard to resist.
Customers often stop for lunch, and the food is always good. The dining room is kept clean, and the staff is friendly, providing service with a smile. However, there can be inconsistencies in the preparation of the food, with some customers reporting undercooked or improperly fried chicken. The restaurant's accommodations, such as no mayo or pickles, can also be hit or miss.
Despite these occasional issues, Popeyes remains a popular choice, with one customer's 13-year-old particularly enjoying the food. The restaurant's commitment to quality and customer service keeps customers coming back, though some may choose to explore alternative options like Pollo Campero's amazing chicken sandwich meals.
