I used the drive thru and this was my first time at this location. Eric took my order, and was professional and fast. The card reader was down during my visit, but Eric helped me with the checkout process. He went the extra mile. He’s a great asset to Starbucks, and he made my day just a little brighter. Thank you Eric!
Dont expect a greeting , not a Hello in sight with most of the drive thru employees. This location is always short staffed. Not their fault! I get it. The lobby closes whenever short staffed. If your in a hurry, go to a different location. The lines are very long in drive thru and their card reader has been down for over a month, probably longer. It's not a quick coffee stop. I'm getting tired of ordering the iced shaken espresso and getting it not shaken at all. Black espresso on the bottom and white milk on the top. Batista with the braids is the only one who doesn't shake it. It's literally in the drink name. It never looks good to drink this way. Please review how to make the drink.
