“I love Popeyes. My go-to meal is spicy tenders with red beans and rice on the side and sweet tea.The service here was quick. My food was ready to go by the time my payment was complete.A small thing that the cashier did which I found incredibly thoughtful was that he showed me how much ice he was going to put in my cup and asked me if I wanted more or less. Very helpful.“

“I headed over here because I was craving some fried chicken, and it definitely hit the spot. Everything was super crispy, hot, and seasoned just right. The line moved pretty quickly, and the team was friendly enough even though they were clearly busy with a rush. It is a solid, reliable choice whenever you want a quick and tasty meal that you know you will enjoy.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“My name is Enzo and I recently graduated high school. For my graduation party, I obviously had to choose Dave's Hot Chicken! I have been a long time fan of Daves. The Apple Valley location is 20 mins away from me, but the drive is worth it every time not only because of the food, but the amazing service. I was not sure what to expect after we ordered 80 medium sandwiches DISASSEMBLED, but all doubts and uncertainty went out of the window when my aunt and I arrived to pick up the goods. The DHC was completely ready within 10-15 minuted upon arriving. They got the order completed WHILE they had an afternoon rush. While under extreme stress, the DHC team was able to get the order right down to the pickles and kale slaw! The service felt like something you would get out of a 5 star Michelin restaurant, not a fast food joint! On top of that, the Daves was such a hit at my party, that we ran out of tenders an HOUR in, so we ordered another 80 TENDERS, which they did NO PROBLEM, which made the rest of my party a success. I seriously don't know how they were able to produce so many tenders in such a short time. Abbie, the manager, was especially helpful in this whole event. She made me feel like a VIP customer, while orchestrating a ginormous order flawlessly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Super grateful for the amazing effort to make my event so wonderful, which I will remember for the rest of my life. You guys will definitely see me again soon!!“

“This place has been consistently great. The staff and food are top notch. The menu is very much focused on the proven menu items they know they make well. Great sauce they make to go with that toast though.. don’t forget the lemonade!“

“We hired Brasa Catering for our wedding and couldn't happier with the food and service they provided. We received multiple comments that it was "one of the best wedding meals they've had" from a few guests. “The chicken has potential. Our order took quite awhile and no one was really in there. When we got the chicken tenders they were maybe room temperature so not sure what was going on in the kitchen. If they were hot and fresh I think they would have been really good!“

They didn’t have everything on the menu available and the person serving the food was not having a good day/rolled her eyes a few times and had snarky responses to normal questions (like, “can I get an order of fries”). “I'm leaving this review just so others can see this place is like a side business of Old Chicago. There are no signs for anything indicating you're even in the right place so I'm guessing they do a lot of delivery and not so much pick up. Keep in mind, you have to order online because you cannot order these from Old Chicago in person.I'm not sure though ordering system is very accurate either. I chose immediate pickup and it said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, which it was. However the doordash said it was going to be ready in about an hour.Service was slow inside waiting at the host stand to talk to someone both of the times I walked in. To add to the confusion there isn't even any signage about Twisted Tenders anywhere.“

“Ate lunch here today and everything was very hot and delicious. The seasoned fries were very tasty and hot. Generally, they are just warm, but these were perfect temperature.
I had the original recipe chicken and it was just right. The mashed potatoes and gravy was hot and great flavor.
The staff was very friendly and handled all requests I had.“

“WOW. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me make my order and recommended one of the new blackberry drinks. By time I came back from the soda fountain my food was ready. Clean store, great people and atmosphere. And fast service, I was shocked that my food was ready so fast. Grade A establishment.

Parking: I wish there was more parking. It was a rather small lot.
