“You were visiting the Mall of America and wanted to make sure we saw the girls Iowa Hawkeye basketball game. They were able to seat us fairly quickly even though it was fairly busy. So their turnover is pretty good. We could easily see the game on several televisions. I'm a huge fan of all their wings. They truly are delicious. Server was amazing! She has such a great personality and made it even more enjoyable. We had people come and going from our table the whole time and she was very accommodating.“
“This is in the Mall of America food court, so it is loud and crowded trying to get it. The service was great. Jess jumped right up to help me and asked if I wanted spicy or not. I thought it was going to be just spicy. The double fry add and good crunch to the wings. The potstickers being super crunch was not my style. Flavor was good for non spicy. I imagine if you can handle spicy food, go for that option. “I got the wrong order. I mean wrong. I called and the manager spoke with me. Within 10 min maximum I had not only my correct order, but 2 of every sauce, plates and napkins. I called back to thank him for being so quick and adding extras. He made it right for sure!“

“Let me be clear, this review is 100% based on the customer service and in no way reflects the pizza. That deserves a separate review. I ordered 4 pizzas. 3 of them were medium 1 toppings and a 4th specialty. I picked them up and drive back to my hotel. The boys dove in and I heard one say "this pepperoni tastes weird." Well that's because it was a mushroom pizza. I looked at the other boxes and nothing was right. I called and explained the situation. Here is where the 5 stars come from.... I can't think of a worse job than having to listen to people b**** about their orders. But this female employee who took my call apologized (authentically) and explained that she will put in my correct order right away. I asked if it could be delivered and she said "honestly, I don't know when I could get it to you". Fair enough. At least she was honest! 30 minutes later I picked up my new (correct) pizzas and I was back in business. I appreciate a business that just gets it done. And, they were pleasant and easy to work with.“

My food was ready to go by the time my payment was complete.A small thing that the cashier did which I found incredibly thoughtful was that he showed me how much ice he was going to put in my cup and asked me if I wanted more or less. “First time there. We found the wait staff superb. The service was fast and the food was good. We were there on Tues. evening for bingo and had a great time.
