“We have stayed at the Embassy Suites MSP in Bloomington, MN many times, including dining at the connected bar/restaurant Woolleys. The service has always been top notch and food/drinks great albeit a bit spendy. I would give 5 stars but for the life of me I don't understand why this bar does not stock dairy free milk or dairy free heavy cream. I would have died for a dairy free white Russian. In this day, and being a facility the caters to many travelers of all types....please expand your special diet items. This goes for all restaurants and bars. We specifically target those that accomodate special diet and that essentially excludes 75% of locations. My diet is for medial reasons, not self elected fyi.”

“I love love love Pizza Novara. I used to stay nearby for work every other week and it became a regular spot. Now, whenever I'm in town, I have to stop in for pizza, pasta or chicken wings and of course, the soft serve ice cream. Everyone who works there is happy to serve you and over time, the team gets to know you too. The local sodas are also a delight - my favorite is the root beer.”

“Lost my comment. Try again. On May 19th a group of family members went to the Bloomington Culvers. We were celebrating my grandsons grade school concert. I was unable to go up front to order and my son asked if someone could help me. Jose (spelling) I believe was the night manager. He came back to my table and took my order. He was so gracious and kind. I so appreciated his help. I didn't have the right walker and it would have been difficult without help to go up front. I can't thank him enough. It is so nice to go to a restaurant and know everyone is so friendly and willing to make your experience a good one. Thank you Don and Misty for such a wonderful crew. Now if you only had your fried chicken back on the menu, my favorite. See you soon”

“Loved this place. The iced tea was not one normally thinks, it was, I think, Somali style, so think iced chai but with I think cardamom and cinnamon, milk and sugar. So good! The chocolate chip cookie was great as well. Lots of light where we sat and space to do work. It's in a random location but so worth it. Looking forward to being back!”

“This place is a bit of a hidden gem for those of us who live locally. Food is good and service is attentive (good variety on menu, especially at brunch). You can get your parking validated if you use the hotel ramp. Otherwise, you can enter restaurant from inside the Mall's first level (walk past H&M and it will be farther ahead to the right).”

“Wonderful! I'm a picky eater and I've actually never had a gyro before or eaten at restaurants that serve them.

Today we stopped in and I ordered the chicken kabobs, except I accidentally ordered the sandwich. When the chef brought it out and we realized my mistake he instantly took it back and cooked me up what I intended to order, bringing me the salad so I wouldn't be without food.

The food came out hot and beautiful! I apologized for my mistake, but he was so kind and happy to get me what I wanted.

The chef is amazing and has the best customer service. I have never been treated so well when needing to fix something.

“Welcome to the neighborhood Nine Mile!! First timer…loved the beer, pretzels, popcorn. Very knowledgeable staff. Patio was being constructed when we were there, looks awesome. One suggestion, please consider changing the uncomfortable chairs (tables of two) by the windows looking over the patio. Fortunately, we were able to find bar chairs to move to where we met other customers who moved for the same reason. We’ll be back to enjoy the patio! Cheers!”

“June 7, 2024 - Spent the week at the Embassy Inn & Suites just down the road. The coffee at the hotel was so bad I went to this Caribou Coffee hoping to find a better cup of Joe. I ending up going every day, sometimes twice a day, the rest of the week. This particular Caribou served up the best coffee and espresso drinks of any corporate/franchise store I have visited.

The staff members were friendly, engaging, efficient and knowledgeable. The created a relaxed atmosphere in a very busy coffee. Each time I went there was a line at the drive through, customers waiting to be served, customers walking in to pick up orders and several patrons seated and enjoying their beverage. At no time did I sense the upheaval or anxiety too often found in many corporate coffee shops. And, most importantly, my order was perfect and prompt every visit. My go to drinks at this location were Americano, Pour Over (light blend), Turtle Mocha and Hot Chocolate.

I highly recommend this Caribou.

Parking: This location is in a strip mall where all share a small parking lot. It can be difficult to find parking. When parking is difficult, the drive through is a great option.

Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible throughout the store, including the restroom.”

“This is a nice little spot. I am trying to think if they got around to putting back the benches since they were taken out because of Covid. I don't usually have time to sit, but, it would be a good idea to put the sitting area back. It is right next to the Bachman's flowers. Which is nice. This location does not have a lot of food offerings, but, hey, it is in a Lund's & Byerly's. Personally, I wish the Caribou company would have more gluten-free options. Having said all that, this is the location I come to the most and the regular barista's are awesome!”

“The other night, I bought a package of 4 Salted Caramel Coffee Cakes from Nikola's Bakery, sold at the Circle K store. Since then I've been searching all of the surrounding Circle K Stores for these coffee cakes. They are literally the best coffee cakes I've ever had! The only problem is that they sell out fast. The word is probably out. I've been told that a Grocery store chain may start selling this product. I very much hope so. That way we can enjoy them anytime.”

“Part of my job is to coordinate catering for training sessions, C-suite meetings, Board meetings and as soon as I found Cafe Fusion, it became my GO-TO for any and all catered needs. I've ordered everything from chopped salads, wraps, and pizzas to the taco bar (OMG) and pasta bar (OMMMMGGGG) and the hoagies. Everything is always fresh, delicious, portioned perfectly and presented so nicely. The staff is friendly, ON TIME, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about this place! You cannot go wrong with them.”

“On Friday night, August 11th, I got delayed in Bemidji by thunderstorms. I was supposed to land in Minneapolis by 7 and then go to the hotel for a quiet and relaxing evening. Instead, I arrived at 11:30 p.m., totally exhausted and frazzled. I had missed dinner and my husband called the hotel and asked if he could have a pizza delivered for me. When I arrived, I mentioned this to the women at the front desk. They smiled and told me it was already in my room! I then asked if there was any way I could order a glass of wine to also take to my room. They smiled and said the was already taken care of. When I got to my room, not only did I find a small pizza and glass of wine sitting on the table for me, but they had added a Hersheys Candy bar and a hand written card to me..all on their own!! I still have the card and will keep it as a sign to me of how kind total strangers can be. The card reads, "Welcome! So glad you made it safe. Here's a love token from your husband. Enjoy your night! Sleep tight. Love, HGI staff Give these women a raise!! They turned a very exhausting and stressful night into such a wonderful experience. I was only able to be in your hotel for a total of 6 hours, but I slept so well knowing I was so cared for! Thank you!!!”

My second visit, everything was self serve as we had already been there. Perfect. Ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce are already at the table.
