“I took my 2 daughters and at 1st it was very overwhelming and 1 daughters anxiety kicked in but after a few minutes she was settled in and was thoroughly enjoying herself. we enjoyed watching the gaucho chefs running back and forth with the meat and grilled pineapple. overall, it was a very festive time.And we celebrated my 1 daughter's 16th birthday.There , as well , and it was awesome.“

“Wow! What a dining experience! Last Saturday, one of my best friends, Jeanne, and I decided to have our first dinner out for the year at Ruth's Chris in Minneapolis. That was excellent decision. General Manager Gena and her team know hospitality and excellent food. From smiles of welcome from Karyma and hosting team as we walked in the door, to excellent service from our server Jason. Gena stopped by for a short visit, as did long-time server Scott, and service with a smile from Walter, who made sure our settings were cleared quickly to make way for the next course timed out just right by Jason. The lamb chops were done perfectly, and the sea bass melts in your mouth like butter. I've never ordered at a restaurant, but Gena dared us. It was one of the best chicken dishes either of us has had. And, if you think you've had bread pudding before, try it here! “Celebrated 2 Birthday’s and the food was fabulous. Started with a Blooming Onion which was very good. Shrimp skewers on seasoned rice was excellent along with fresh green broccoli and a salad which I took home. Portions are big. Enough for a second meal.And a complimentary ice cream sundae. Fresh made rolls were excellent as well. Service was superb. Fun place to celebrate any occasion The other 3 people at our table enjoyed the shrimp, 6 oz filet and salmon. This guy is the benchmark for customer service.

We stopped by for drinks and received nothing but smiles, good humour and great service.

Yes, you might expect this but Tommy’s service is so natural, you know it’s not a show.

Particularly dealing with frazzled travelers, I noticed his service was not specific to out group.

My flight was canceled (snow) so I grabbed an extra beer back with Tommy because, you know, these things happen but Tommy gives out a level vibe.

I don’t write reviews but I think Tommy more than deserves this shout out!
