“We took friends to Texas Roadhouse Coon Rapids, for a celebration as my husband was bragging about Texas Roadhouse steaks in St Cloud. We decided to treat them and the server was great,. Three ordered Prime Rib, and it wasn't until we left and were in the car, my husband said that steak had no taste and our guests said it was horrible for prime rib and I asked why they didn't say anything in the resturarant and they said because we treated them!! I spent 139..00 total for the meals and 30 dollar tip. I wrote the manager and no response and contacted guest services which they said they would get back to me but didn't What a waste of our celebration and money. We will never go to that Texas Roadhouse again.“

“I was in today with my mom after church and had a wonderful experience with our server Ben. He was friendly, down to earth and gave us great service. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. Not to mention Ben made us Strawberry Kiwi lemonades that were fire 🔥 The Manager is also very friendly and made an effort to stop by our table to speak. Needless to say we had a great experience and will definitely be back. Thanks Ben, you’re the best!!“

“This is a mixed review. I’ve been here once for dinner and twice for lunch in the past. I like the charm of the place, it has that legacy steakhouse feel to it. I wasn’t blown away by their steak that I had there but it was certainly decent. The burgers tho, I’m actually a big fan of them with some sautéed onions. This morning I got some good news and I decided to treat myself to one of their burgers for lunch. I got there pretty much when they opened and there was maybe two other tables of people at most. Ordered a 1/2 lb Burger , American and pepper jack cheese and sautéed onions. Burger came out….. server dropped it off and was gone for over 5 minutes…. There were no onions. She comes back and I show her I didn’t receive the onions. She said she’d take it off my tab. Brought me my tab. The onions were still on it… I pointed it out that she hadn’t removed them from the bill … she took the bill with my card to run it and take the onions off. She came Back with a bill that still had the onions on it!!! Aye aye yi…. I just paid and left. She was friendly and nice . Service has always been friendly. But it wasn’t like you were in the middle of a big lunch rush. Long story short you forgot my onions but charged me for them and wasn’t able to remove it from my tab after 2 attempts. Kind of soiled my experience today.“
