“I took my 2 daughters and at 1st it was very overwhelming and 1 daughters anxiety kicked in but after a few minutes she was settled in and was thoroughly enjoying herself. we enjoyed watching the gaucho chefs running back and forth with the meat and grilled pineapple. overall, it was a very festive time.And we celebrated my 1 daughter's 16th birthday.There , as well , and it was awesome.“

“This is a mixed review. I’ve been here once for dinner and twice for lunch in the past. I like the charm of the place, it has that legacy steakhouse feel to it. I wasn’t blown away by their steak that I had there but it was certainly decent. The burgers tho, I’m actually a big fan of them with some sautéed onions. This morning I got some good news and I decided to treat myself to one of their burgers for lunch. I got there pretty much when they opened and there was maybe two other tables of people at most. Ordered a 1/2 lb Burger , American and pepper jack cheese and sautéed onions. Burger came out….. server dropped it off and was gone for over 5 minutes…. There were no onions. She comes back and I show her I didn’t receive the onions. She said she’d take it off my tab. Brought me my tab. The onions were still on it… I pointed it out that she hadn’t removed them from the bill … she took the bill with my card to run it and take the onions off. She came Back with a bill that still had the onions on it!!! Aye aye yi…. I just paid and left. She was friendly and nice . Service has always been friendly. But it wasn’t like you were in the middle of a big lunch rush. Long story short you forgot my onions but charged me for them and wasn’t able to remove it from my tab after 2 attempts. Kind of soiled my experience today.“

“Immediate seating for our group of 2. Attentive staff, yummy food! We had our wedding reception here years ago, and out on a date today and decided to stop in for lunch. We split the famous meatloaf that we served our wedding guests, It is still delish!“

“Our food was perfectly prepared and presented, and was delicious. Our server was top notch: attentive, helpful, accommodating, friendly, relaxed. We couldn't ask for a better dining experience. Pricey (about $60 per person before tip, no drinks, included desserts), but worth it.“

This guy is the benchmark for customer service.

We stopped by for drinks and received nothing but smiles, good humour and great service.

Yes, you might expect this but Tommy’s service is so natural, you know it’s not a show.

Particularly dealing with frazzled travelers, I noticed his service was not specific to out group.

My flight was canceled (snow) so I grabbed an extra beer back with Tommy because, you know, these things happen but Tommy gives out a level vibe.

I don’t write reviews but I think Tommy more than deserves this shout out!
