“The bacon appetizer and the fries appetizer was very good! Actually better then my lobster and steak dinner. Mojito and dessert was great. Service was fine. The celebrity wall decor/paintings look out of place and clashes for a restaurant like this. Just my opinion. Not sure I would go back to this place unless it’s for those delicious truffle fries.”
“Jared was an INCREDIBLE host!! I was looking at a private event space and while sitting at the bar, he took me on a lovely, very informative, tour of their wine cellars. A 10/10 experience all around. I would love to have them host my wedding here!!”
“Such a great experience! Make sure to order beets, steak tartar was amazing, Elote salad was outstanding, we loved the Steak Picanha! The mussels were ok and the same for tuna tostadas. Our server (Ty - not sure if I am spelling her name correctly) was very attentive and did an excellent job. We sat on the patio and had a wonderful evening.”
“Had stated with the reservation on open table that it was an anniversary and were welcomed with confetti on the table and a special welcome from the server. Dinner of petite tenderloins, garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus was extraordinary. And completed with a complimentary creme brulee with happy anniversary written in chocolate on the plate. Well done!!”
“I just keep coming back to this place. Great atmosphere, great staff, and an amazing Chef.Perfect place to bring a date, or a client for a meeting. Just make sure to book a reservation or come at a slower time as it gets busy and loud often!”
“My sister and I came for the evening before we went out for dinner. I had this spot on my list for a year. Oh my word, it did not disappoint! We both ordered different flights and we were both very happy with them. I got the “Lisbon” flight and it was outstanding! My favorite was the vino verde rose’!! Incredible!!! I absolutely LOVED it. The service was outstanding as well. Very down to earth and friendly. The staff seemed to go out of their way to make it a good experience for us!Can’t wait to go back. (I wish the outdoor seating area had more pizazz but, not the end of the world. The inside was gorgeous but we wanted to enjoy the great weather so we sat outside. Amping up the outdoor area would be a great idea). The truffle chips were lack luster BUT the wine—perfecto!”
“reservations recommended. the food was delightfully tasty, portioned well, and easily shareable.day at the bar, and the bartender had lots of great recommendations.the eggs and lobster appetizer was a great start to Minnesota Italian dinner.”
“This spot is top notch. Fantastic food with a really chill vibe. Loved dinner in the past, so checked out brunch and it does not disappoint. Chilaquiles were flavorful with great texture, pork belly and coconut rice was perfectly balanced with a ton of flavor. Bottle of mimosas is a perfect idea so you can juice your bubbly as much (or little) as you prefer.”
“Best coffee in America(thus far). We visited on our way down through oregon on a massive road trip and I can honestly say this is the best coffee I have had outside of Europe. Thank you!!Kid-friendliness: Full of mothers and families. Beautiful decor and very safe.”
“I enjoyed the atmosphere, the servers were very friendly, and they had a wide selection of drinks and food! It's tricky to find this place from street level: you need to enter the Deluxe building (which is only marked with a large awning that has "121" on the corner), then keep walking through the hallway area to the coffee shop. Needlessly hard to find based on Google's pin, but don't give up, it's worth it!”
“I did a girls day with my daughter-in-laws at this fantastic winery. I'd like to take credit for finding it, but one of my girls found it. Scott was an amazing sommelier/host and his knowledge of the winery, wines, and other info was fantastic and outstanding. We had the best time ever! We joined the club and can't wait to return! The food was excellent and the wine was even better. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable. Plenty of room to sit back, chat, eat, and drink wine. Nice location, as well. We've been to Schram Winery in Waconia and found out it is their sister winery. Awesome all around! What a find! Thanks, Scott. Job well done!”
“Heidi and team are amazing. I moved in down the street and lets just say...my reward points there could nearly pay my rent. The market side of Kruse has amazing gummy snacks (C'est Bon Bon), potato chips, and even stationary when I need a last minute birthday card. The quiche on the weekends is to die for. And the dinner options are surprising in the best ways. Charcuterie is ridiculously full and large given how affordable it is (compared to some other places) and the smoked sausage was way too amazing for its own good.Pro-tip, often they have the curator of their wine list offering complimentary wine testing and pairings during dinner service. Check out their socials for updates on that. (Wine is great) I'm often in there on the weekday doing some work "from home" and the staff is always friendly and Heidi and Jon (owners) will come say hi if they're around (they usually are). Really glad to be a regular here and have Kruse next door.”
“Delicious dinner and excellent service. The restaurant is a 2 story place with tables and bars in both floors. I was able to walk in and sit at the bar. I got the burrata toast and the tagliatelle and both were awesome. Toast had so much flavor and so many textures in one. The homemade pasta and foie gras meatballs were also really good. Service was very attentive and friendly all night. Music was an interesting mix all night, but I liked it. Would definitely go back again!”
“Wonderful ambiance, super knowledgeable and friendly staff. It is our happy place ( we found out our offer on a house got accepted while sipping some wine at Troubadour). One thing I would maybe change is as much as live music is amazing and always fun I don't think such a small joint needs amplifying system and speakers. It makes it a bit hard to talk sometimes.”
“Bangin' pasta. You can taste how authentically italian the food is by the bite and the chew of the pasta. The portion sizes were good, the food was flavorful, the cheese was grated generously, the desert was delicious. We were seated on the patio, and we ordered fettuccine con manzo, the pasta special, fettuccine Alfredo, and cacio e pepe. All the food was great. The fettuccine con manzo was the best out of everything that we ordered. We also ended our meal with the affogato which was a delight. Please keep in mind that wait times to get seated at Broders are long since they don't take reservations and it's based on a first come-first serve basis.Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian options so the place really works for those who can't eat meat.”
