“What an outstanding experience. This was my first visit and I’m eager to return. “Ky” was our server and an absolute gem. He was incredibly kind, patient and attentive all with a big smile with each visit to our table. The coconut curry hummus is not to be missed; it’s served with house made pita that’s delivered pipping hot and literally melts in your mouth. The shrimp entree was light and delicious as was the sweet potato side dish served with whipped feta++. The flavors of the food are abnormal but work very well together - a very intentional and thoughtful menu. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Dallas, as we exited and her hospitality-centric approach is clearly reflected in the entire team. Thank you and I’ll see you again, soon.“

“Myself and four friends were in Minneapolis for a few days on a visit from Ireland and had breakfast here a few times. Food was delicious. Great choice on the menu. Service was brilliant. Staff friendly and efficient.“

“Sometimes it’s the food, and sometimes it’s the people behind it.

We had a really rough evening. The restaurant where we originally had reservations was running over an hour behind, and after waiting forever for dinner, we decided to take a chance and stop by Rosalia.

When we told the staff what had happened, we simply said we were grateful to get a table. What happened next completely turned our night around.

The manager, Will, and his team welcomed us warmly, brought over drinks on the house, and even treated us to an appetizer. From that point on, everything was exceptional. We ordered the Margherita pizza to play it safe and the Salsiccia to balance it out, and both were absolutely perfect.

To top it all off, our server brought us a sample of Little Bird ice cream because we had never tried it before.

Service like this is rare. It’s one thing to provide great hospitality when everything is going smoothly, but it’s another to step in and make someone’s evening better when the problem wasn’t yours to begin with. That kindness and care will stick with us, and it’s exactly why we’ll be coming back.

The Waiter, a young guy with a beard who moved to Mn from California with his wife, was very efficient and professional.
