The menu features impressive drinks, including a fantastic mocktail, and delectable gluten-free options. Standout dishes include the polpo, funghi + sausage pizza, and broccolini, along with the phenomenal Bianca pizza, a fabulous Caesar salad, and a SO unexpected and delish beets dish. The "Moses" pizza with goat cheese, Fresno peppers and green sausage is a table favorite. While the current construction in the area poses a challenge, the sublime pizza crust, excellent service, and popular demand make Rosalia a must-try. Diners can enjoy sitting upstairs, where they can watch the wood-fired pizzas being made, adding an entertaining touch to the meal. The restaurant has a lovely patio that is energetic but not loud, perfect for outdoor dining, although in hot weather, fans and ice in drinks are helpful.
