Great food and happy hour deals! The tuna tartare and Waterbury burger were our favorites. Great service as well - Stephen was on top of it! We will definitely be back!
Our family went there around June 21,2026. The food was outstanding. The pasta dish I had was out of this world good. The Waiter, a young guy with a beard who moved to Mn from California with his wife, was very efficient and professional. Other than the fact that the establishment was a bit cold (we are from Mississippi), I give it 5 stars all around
Outstanding experience! We went for my husband's birthday dinner and we left satisfied. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared. We ordered the tuna tartare, shrimp, asparagus, brussel sprouts, spaetzle, burger, and cacio e pepe. Not a dud among them! The happy hour is a STEAL!

Patrick and the incredible Waterbury team made events unforgettable, with every detail executed with care, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm.
