Someone at The Capital Grille must have read Will Guidara’s Unreasonable Hospitality, because this experience was such a perfect example of what it means to make people feel genuinely special.
In casual conversation, we mentioned that we were headed to a show at the Orpheum that evening and that we had gotten married three weeks earlier. That was it. We weren’t there celebrating our wedding or expecting any special recognition.

Fantastic service from our server Ken, who always makes our experience 5 star! The entire staff is friendly and goes out of their way to provide a flawless dining experience.
Capital Grille—Hands down —The perfect experience for a very special occasion. Our Anniversary evening was met with the most incredible staff. Greeted at the entry with “Happy Anniversary” only started the heartfelt evening. Chef came out to personally greet us and make sure everything was to perfection.
