“They’ve been open for about a week with a new menu. The staff was super friendly and genuine. We had the beef tenderloin appetizer (not pictured) which was delish, and our meals were shown below. Everything was cooked perfectly (I had walleye and he had a bone in pork chop)…and the mushroom risotto was EVERYTHING. We felt like things were priced on point as well. Would definitely go again.“

Our server Annaleise shows up with a warm, genuine, just great energy. The kind of person who makes you feel welcome right away. Super honest about the menu too, even when some popular items were out because of maintenance. No nonsense, just real and kind.

And the food? Fantastic. The lamb shanks were fall-apart tender, rich, and packed with flavor. The chicken shish kebab was put together beautifully with a side of colorful, tasteful, fresh cabbage, great rice, and a special sauce that was so good I had to order extra. I’m not even a big chicken girl, but this one was clean, juicy, and full of taste.

Then the staff surprised us with a big cheesecake for my sister’s birthday. It came with a candle, song, the whole deal. It came with warm melted chocolate you drizzle on top, and the moment it hits the cheesecake it hardens into a chocolate shell. Absolute genius.

“Definitely will go back! The best spaghetti and meatballs around. I love Italian but the bruschetta was not great. Had no seasoning or something so I was a bit disappointed in that ! But overall , great meal and friendly servers!“

“The food was outstanding. The sauces on the two dishes we tried were phenomenal. They were even able to replace the butter in the sauce with virgin olive oil for the Veal Portabella dish. We liked it so much we bought a quart to bring back home with us to Chicago. We used it on Salmon I caught in Alaska. It was amazing how the sauce complimented the salmon. The staff was super friendly and knowledgable about about the menu and were able to make excellent recommendations on choosing what to try. It was our first time there. We will definitely be going back when we are back in Rochester.“
