“Would’ve given them 5* but they keep running out of Oreo cheesecake! It’s the best flavour in the world and they keep such a small stock this is the 5th time I’ve gone and found out it’s sold out. Oreo cheesecake should be a flavour they keep all the time, if it keeps running out! demand == supply, it’s really maths. Anyway bury me with Oreo cheesecake that flavour is top 2 not 2“

“We were in town for a family member across the street and ate here everyday. The staff was very friendly, decor is cute, and the food is simply amazing!!!! The onion rings are so good, and the chicken and shrimp dinner served over taters with asparagus and cream sauce is to die for! We also got the chocolate raspberry cake for dessert to go and we really enjoyed it! Will be back for sure next time we are in town. Thank you to the friendly staff and chefs for making us feel welcome during a difficult time.“

“Visited on 2/23/2025 for dinner, had Guinness fish and chips. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. My wife had Shepard's pie and she raved about it. Ashley G was our server that day and was excellent. Was so good we went back for lunch 2/26/2025. I had the Celtic Meat loaf, and my wife had Shepard's pie again. Chris W. was our server and was also excellent. For the atmosphere and service wad above pare and prices were very reasonable. “Busy place but at 10 on a Monday morning we still got a table with little wait.

Ordered the original apple pnnekoeken with a side of ham. Quite tasty. Big serving, we shared one.

Service was fast, friendly, polite, & efficient.

They even have one enormous table that seats 12 (not tables pushed together) and it turned twice while we were there.

“The food was outstanding. The sauces on the two dishes we tried were phenomenal. They were even able to replace the butter in the sauce with virgin olive oil for the Veal Portabella dish. We liked it so much we bought a quart to bring back home with us to Chicago. We used it on Salmon I caught in Alaska. It was amazing how the sauce complimented the salmon. The staff was super friendly and knowledgable about about the menu and were able to make excellent recommendations on choosing what to try. It was our first time there. We will definitely be going back when we are back in Rochester.“

But what keeps my family going again and again is the fact that they are SO sweet about medical stuff (being right by Mayo that is HUGE). I can recall several examples of the staff being supportive towards my mom who has been living with end stage cancer for years now. We go EVERY appointment and surgery scheduled in Rochester. “From the moment we walked in and greeted with a happy smile hello to an accommodating substitute of a mix in to the FULL mixed bowl of ice cream...we knew THIS location cares!!!
We have visited numerous Cold Stone Creamery from around the country...and had begun to rethink CSC due to most having grumpy non-caring employees, rarely fill the bowl and do not ask for a substituted mix in.
