“Excellent stop for ice cream. Kids and adults were happy. We love flapdoodles! I had the create your own ice cream cookie sandwich. It was excellent. My husband had the hot fudge shake and loved it! Kids were happy with their scoops of ice cream too.“

“Bloom is such an amazing, yummy, healthy choice for breakfast or lunch or even dinner! Always feel great after eating there and so many choices!!! My favorite is the Nest bowl with Matcha instead of cacao in it! Friendly atmosphere and cute place!“

“Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
The biggest downside was the wait time, which was over an hour. I’ve been here a few times and can say for sure the wait is usually always about 1 hour- 1.5 hours durning breakfast time. Unfortunately, the hostess experience was a bit frustrating. My name was crossed out and rewritten on the wait list, and several groups who arrived after us were seated first. It might be helpful for the restaurant to implement an electronic waitlist system to better keep track of guests and avoid these situations in the future.
Once we were seated, though, everything turned around. Our waitress was amazing—attentive, kind, helpful, and consistently checked in throughout our meal. Her excellent service, combined with the delicious food, absolutely made up for the long wait and earlier interaction at the front.
The food was phenomenal. The apple and strawberry Pannekoeken pancake was a 5/5, and I loved that the strawberry version came with sour cream mixed with brown sugar—it was such a delicious touch. The Dutch skillet was also a 5/5 and packed with flavor. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was really good as well. Portions were generous and perfect for sharing. If you’re dining solo, expect to have leftovers, which is always a bonus!
Overall I would recommend this place! Make sure you plan for a long wait, would not recommend if you’re looking for something quick.“

“We were in town for a family member across the street and ate here everyday. The staff was very friendly, decor is cute, and the food is simply amazing!!!! The onion rings are so good, and the chicken and shrimp dinner served over taters with asparagus and cream sauce is to die for! We also got the chocolate raspberry cake for dessert to go and we really enjoyed it! Will be back for sure next time we are in town. Thank you to the friendly staff and chefs for making us feel welcome during a difficult time.“

“This place is AMAZING. First off the food and service are incredible. But what keeps my family going again and again is the fact that they are SO sweet about medical stuff (being right by Mayo that is HUGE). I can recall several examples of the staff being supportive towards my mom who has been living with end stage cancer for years now. We go EVERY appointment and surgery scheduled in Rochester. In fact - we are going tonight!“

“Visited on 2/23/2025 for dinner, had Guinness fish and chips. One of the best meals I've had in a long time. My wife had Shepard's pie and she raved about it. Ashley G was our server that day and was excellent. Was so good we went back for lunch 2/26/2025. I had the Celtic Meat loaf, and my wife had Shepard's pie again. Chris W. was our server and was also excellent. For the atmosphere and service wad above pare and prices were very reasonable. I would whole hardily recommend you eat here if you visit Rochester, MN“

“First time here had Randy and he suggested the Brisket Rangoon Flatbread. OMG AMAZING! We both did combo plates pulled pork ,brisket, half chicken and smoked turkey. Must try the cream corn! Trust me you won't go home hungry but happy!“

“From the moment we walked in and greeted with a happy smile hello to an accommodating substitute of a mix in to the FULL mixed bowl of ice cream...we knew THIS location cares!!!
We have visited numerous Cold Stone Creamery from around the country...and had begun to rethink CSC due to most having grumpy non-caring employees, rarely fill the bowl and do not ask for a substituted mix in.
Was so refreshing to have such a POSITIVE experience at this location. Thank You for bringing real customer service back!! Will see you again soon!“

“The food was outstanding. The sauces on the two dishes we tried were phenomenal. They were even able to replace the butter in the sauce with virgin olive oil for the Veal Portabella dish. We liked it so much we bought a quart to bring back home with us to Chicago. We used it on Salmon I caught in Alaska. It was amazing how the sauce complimented the salmon. The staff was super friendly and knowledgable about about the menu and were able to make excellent recommendations on choosing what to try. It was our first time there. We will definitely be going back when we are back in Rochester.“

“I had an outstanding experience at Panera Bread during our recent visit. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. Lawrence, the cashier, truly made our visit memorable. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind to my family, going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Not only did he take our order with a great attitude, but he also helped get our meal together quickly and efficiently. His level of customer service really stood out and made us feel welcome and appreciated.
This was hands down the best experience my family and I have ever had at a Panera. Employees like Lawrence make all the difference, and we will definitely be coming back because of it!“
