My toddler tried the Nauti-bowl and loved it, calling it “ice cream.” Everything tastes fresh and best of all, it’s guilt free. “Nice enough! Mall restaurants are like airport restaurants except you can carry a full bottle of shampoo and no one will tackle you.

I got the St. Paul cut prime rib and if that thing was 12oz I’m the Pope. It was easily 16oz or more. A woman across from me hopefully got the Minneapolis cut (18oz) because it was basically the size of a badger.

Great prime rib. Tender. Juicy. My medium rare was closer to rare. The lady with the badger cut got hers well done but nobody’s perfect. The horseradish sauce had very little horseradish in it. Bummer.

The mashed potatoes come with gravy. You don’t see that a lot and I was a big fan. Good gravy, too.

Very attentive service. Staff constantly coming by to refill water or clear plates.

If you have a large group they have rooms in back to accommodate you if you call ahead. Great for work dinners you don’t want to go to in the first place.

If you’re at the mall or nearby, go! If you’re not, you’ll drive past multiple comparable places to get here.“

“One of the best pizza places around! They always have great food. My sister and I went on a Friday evening, which we knew would be busy. We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.“

I ordered Grape leaves, The Lamb Experience, Filet Mignon Kabob skewer, extra dinner salad, extra order of rice, extra pita bread and some additional items. Food arrived on time, but barely warm and with some missing items. All extras that I ordered and paid for were missing. That didn't upset me as much as, when I called them to let them know, I was missing items, I got an answering machine, so I left a message. A few hours later, I called again and left another message. So, since Tuesday, I am still waiting for a call back. I don't expect a reimbursement at this point, but a simple call back and an apology, would be nice! I would not recommend, or will I ever order from them again!“

“I just moved to Rosemount on July 1 and I am disabled. I have not been out of my apartment building very much due to my disability. But today, Monday, August 17, I was out and about. And I decided to stop at Caribou because I love Caribou Coffee. Before arriving, I was at the Grocery store behind it. And I called ahead to see that if I placed an order in the app, if anybody would be able to deliver it to me curbside. As I said, I am disabled. And I have a very large power wheelchair, which does not fit through very many doors to be quite honest. So curbside pick ups are a must. when I called, Stacy answered the phone. I presented for my dilemma and asked if anybody would be able to bring the drink out to me. She replied that they would happily do this for me. All I had to do was call when I arrived.We hung up, I placed my order, and I rolled through the parking lot to go and pick it up. As I rolled up to the entry on the sidewalk, as I was about to call on the phone, another barista named Jada popped her head out the door and asked if I was Theo. I replied yes and she had my drink in her hand already.

Five out of five stars for being kind, compassionate, and customer service driven to both Stacy and Jada. I will definitely stay a loyal customer to this Caribou, as long as they will have me.“

“Our favorite restaurant in Minnesota, hands down. We’ve tried dim sum in NYC, LA, Boston, Florida, San Francisco, and plenty of other places, and somehow nothing beats the dim sum here. We’ve been coming for years, and it has become our favorite dim sum restaurant of all time.

The regular dining menu is amazing too, but you can really tell how much they care about their dumplings and about staying true to the craft. It’s unreal. The scallop and shrimp dumplings genuinely make me want to shed a tear with how good they are. Every time I come here, I’m somehow still amazed by the entire dim sum experience. My whole family absolutely loves this place. Even the non-dumpling items during dim sum are phenomenal. The crab lollipops were something I had never even seen before coming here, and they might be the best crab creation I’ve ever had. The juicy duck is incredible too.

But one of my absolute favorites has to be the steamed BBQ pork buns. Unbelievable. Truly the best BBQ pork buns I’ve ever had. They even reheat perfectly in the microwave, so I always stock up and bring extras home whenever I go. Truly amazing little buns of happiness.

Every time I walk into this restaurant, I come in with a smile and somehow leave with an even bigger one and a stomach full of ridiculously good food. What makes the experience even better is our server, Jack. He always takes such great care of us. He knows exactly what we like and will sometimes start bringing out our favorite dumplings without us even having to ask. He is genuinely such a kind person and treats me and my family so well every time we come in on a weekend morning. He brightens our day and somehow manages to make an already incredible meal feel even better. We absolutely love this place and hope to keep coming back for many more years.“
