We were quickly greeted & seated, our waiter was super attentive to us, and the food was amazing! We had the walleye, juicy lucy and (grilled) chicken pasta Alfredo. Will definitely go back for a date night to try some cocktails with my husband.“

“All I can say is YUM! We tried the protein bowls in the “Dinghy” size which was filling, tasty and nutritious. My toddler tried the Nauti-bowl and loved it, calling it “ice cream.” Everything tastes fresh and best of all, it’s guilt free. We’ll be opting to come here anytime we’re wanting a sweeter lunch, snack or sweet treat.“

“One of the best pizza places around! They always have great food. My sister and I went on a Friday evening, which we knew would be busy. We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.“

“North Star Tavern absolutely crushed it for our group! We had our reservation double at the very last minute and they not only accommodated us, but were able to get us in earlier too. The host who helped coordinate everything was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I really wish I had gotten his name because he made the whole experience so easy. And Riley, our server, despite being a Packer fan 😉, was fantastic. She handled our large group like a pro and gave us excellent service the entire time with a smile on her face. Also…that Brussel sprout salad is an absolute banger. 10/10 all around!“

“Part of my job is to coordinate catering for training sessions, C-suite meetings, Board meetings and as soon as I found Cafe Fusion, it became my GO-TO for any and all catered needs. I've ordered everything from chopped salads, wraps, and pizzas to the taco bar (OMG) and pasta bar (OMMMMGGGG) and the hoagies. Everything is always fresh, delicious, portioned perfectly and presented so nicely. The staff is friendly, ON TIME, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about this place! “I just moved to Rosemount on July 1 and I am disabled. I have not been out of my apartment building very much due to my disability. But today, Monday, August 17, I was out and about. And I decided to stop at Caribou because I love Caribou Coffee. Before arriving, I was at the Grocery store behind it. And I called ahead to see that if I placed an order in the app, if anybody would be able to deliver it to me curbside. As I said, I am disabled. And I have a very large power wheelchair, which does not fit through very many doors to be quite honest. So curbside pick ups are a must. when I called, Stacy answered the phone. I presented for my dilemma and asked if anybody would be able to bring the drink out to me. She replied that they would happily do this for me. All I had to do was call when I arrived.We hung up, I placed my order, and I rolled through the parking lot to go and pick it up. As I rolled up to the entry on the sidewalk, as I was about to call on the phone, another barista named Jada popped her head out the door and asked if I was Theo. I replied yes and she had my drink in her hand already.

Five out of five stars for being kind, compassionate, and customer service driven to both Stacy and Jada. I will definitely stay a loyal customer to this Caribou, as long as they will have me.“

“Meh it was mid kinda overrated and overpriced for the portion size. I didn't realize the rooftop seating would be enclosed and freezing cold. Lobster roll was pretty delicious though I can't lie. I ordered Grape leaves, The Lamb Experience, Filet Mignon Kabob skewer, extra dinner salad, extra order of rice, extra pita bread and some additional items. Food arrived on time, but barely warm and with some missing items. All extras that I ordered and paid for were missing. That didn't upset me as much as, when I called them to let them know, I was missing items, I got an answering machine, so I left a message. A few hours later, I called again and left another message. So, since Tuesday, I am still waiting for a call back. I don't expect a reimbursement at this point, but a simple call back and an apology, would be nice! I would not recommend, or will I ever order from them again!“
