I just moved to Rosemount on July 1 and I am disabled. I have not been out of my apartment building very much due to my disability. But today, Monday, August 17, I was out and about. And I decided to stop at Caribou because I love Caribou Coffee. Before arriving, I was at the Grocery store behind it. Overall, a great experience although it was drive through.
Service was excellent!! The woman at the window (I didn’t catch her name) was super patient with me. I hadn’t been there in a while and I felt like I was fumbling with giving my order and then paying for it. But she was very kind and didn’t rush me and remained very pleasant. I really appreciated that. She was smiling genuinely the entire time. I felt like I was welcome there and it brightened my morning. The staff have been praised for their excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. With a convenient location and cozy ambiance, this Caribou Coffee location is highly recommended. Customers enjoy great coffee and the most delicious bagels. The employees are nice and smiling. While the atmosphere is cozy, allowing enjoyment of the scenery and focus on work with regular seats and single sofas, the restroom and floors are sometimes dirty. The service and food are a delight, with staff always helpful. Drinks are so good, with the Strawberry Banana Smoothie being a popular choice and white mocha sometimes tasting more like milk chocolate mocha.
