D. Fong's Chinese Cuisine Reviews
My family loves D.Fongs, best Chinese ever, we get take out all the time, eat in, recently catered a shower for my soon to be daughter in-law, went with the party tray appetizers and added chicken fried rice, the food was amazing, everyone loved it, the added touches of little signs for sauces and for the aps was so thoughtful
I highly suggest catering from D.Fongs

Best Chinese around. Second generation family restaurant. We used to love David Fongs in Bloomington. But when he retired and closed, we found his son in Savage owner of D. Fongs.

Based on the reviews, D. Fong's Chinese Cuisine offers delicious food and top notch service. The restaurant is a great replacement for a hometown Chinese restaurant, with everything from Egg Foo Young and Chow Mein to great egg rolls and Almond Cookies. The beef, tomato and green pepper and the pork fried rice are served hot and delicious in no time. The Kung bo chicken (cashews not peanuts) is very tasty with a mild choice. The food is much better than any other Chinese restaurant around. The service is fast and friendly, and the owners are always there to open doors, help with seating, and are very friendly. The space could be a little bigger, and it does not have the same ambience as David Fong's in Bloomington. Watch out for the hot mustard, as a very little goes a long way. Parking is never a problem, though the handicap spots are limited with an uneven grade. Suggestions include providing LOW sodium soy sauce and offering Egg Roll or Cream Cheese Puffs as an add-on for lunch options.
