Very disappointed! For the first time I placed an order online for a delivery at this restaurant. I ordered Grape leaves, The Lamb Experience, Filet Mignon Kabob skewer, extra dinner salad, extra order of rice, extra pita bread and some additional items.
Food arrived on time, but barely warm and with some missing items. All extras that I ordered and paid for were missing. That didn't upset me as much as, when I called them to let them know, I was missing items, I got an answering...read full review
Went for dinner. They weren’t busy. Sat at bar along with 2 other couples eating already. About 5 people were changing garbage bags at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Waited for over 7 miniutes to even get recognized and that was when I asked someone if we could get someone to wait on us. Finally got the bartender- who seemed to lack ant basic people skills. Asked for a water and a beer. She slammed them down and I tried to ask a question. Evidently that wasn’t allowed.

Ordered for coworkers for a lunch meeting from their website. $155 order and only $40 worth of food was delivered. When we called the restaurant they said it was door dashes fault, nothing they could do about it and to contact them. The food is ordered through Mediterranean Cruise Cafe's website, not through door dash, so you don't even realize that's how it's delivered. Ended up driving to the restaurant to get the issue resolved and our second bag of food was just sitting there....read full review
