“I just moved to Rosemount on July 1 and I am disabled. I have not been out of my apartment building very much due to my disability. But today, Monday, August 17, I was out and about. And I decided to stop at Caribou because I love Caribou Coffee. Before arriving, I was at the Grocery store behind it. And I called ahead to see that if I placed an order in the app, if anybody would be able to deliver it to me curbside. As I said, I am disabled. And I have a very large power wheelchair, which does not fit through very many doors to be quite honest. So curbside pick ups are a must. when I called, Stacy answered the phone. I presented for my dilemma and asked if anybody would be able to bring the drink out to me. She replied that they would happily do this for me. All I had to do was call when I arrived.We hung up, I placed my order, and I rolled through the parking lot to go and pick it up. As I rolled up to the entry on the sidewalk, as I was about to call on the phone, another barista named Jada popped her head out the door and asked if I was Theo. I replied yes and she had my drink in her hand already.

Five out of five stars for being kind, compassionate, and customer service driven to both Stacy and Jada. I will definitely stay a loyal customer to this Caribou, as long as they will have me.“

“One of the best pizza places around! They always have great food. My sister and I went on a Friday evening, which we knew would be busy. We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.“

“The staff went over and beyond for us on Wednesday night. We were having a viewing party for the finale of the show The Floor. They put the show on some of the tvs so we could watch. “The sushi has been better in the past. Seemed hastily rolled as many fell apart. The server was great, no complaints there. We did mention when making the reservation in open table that we were celebrating a birthday. It was never brought up. Everything tasted great and refillable drinks were brought without asking. We slipped into Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café on the north end, first floor of Mall of America, and for an hour, the world outside could wait. The space was effortlessly elegant, the kind of place where you linger a little longer, and the staff—guided by an attentive general manager—made it feel as if our table was the only one that mattered. We shared the Nordic Crêpe, bursting with savory flavor, and the Bonne Maman—French for good mother and as sweet as its name. I sipped an Iced Strawberry Matcha that was so pretty it felt like wearing pearls before noon. Everything was délicieux, the kind of food you want to both savor slowly and order again immediately. We almost ordered a third crêpe but stopped ourselves, deciding instead to save that moment for another day… with our daughter at the table. Because isn’t the best part of a perfect morning knowing you get to fall in love with it all over again?“

“The husband took our 4 year old and 7 year old to eat dinner there today without me. He ordered 1 kiddie bowl of pho and a 2nd kiddie bowl of broth and meatballs only. They charged him for 2 adult phos (16.00 each= 30 total) ontop of the regular entres he ordered (75.46 total). We've been dining there almost once a week for the past few months spending close to 100 each time. Very disappointed and show no value to loyal customers. Never returning.“

“Taste of Thaiyai is a treasure. Fantastic little place, great food. My favorite is the Pra Ram Long Song with mock duck. Reasonable prices, generous portions. Whenever the opportunity arises, I stop in at Taste of Thaiyai and I'm delighted every time.“

“I’m editing my review as we gave this restaurant a second chance. We wanted to play shuffle board, the very reason why we came here the first time when I wrote the review below.

While on our way here, I was reading other customers reviews. It was surprising to see the extremes: they were either 1 star, filled with frustration, or 5 stars and abundant in praises. Would our visit be a 1 or 5 star? We hoped for 5, of course.

Well, Suzette, our waitress, made the experience start with a good impression. She was attentive and nice through our dinner. She saved the ratings! :-)

The food was surprisingly amazing, mostly after reading some of the bad reviews. I ordered the Cobb salad and an additional portion of grilled shrimp. It was very yummy with balanced pleasant flavors. My husband ordered the brisket. It was divine!! Yes, marvelously moist, soft and exploding in flavor. It was perfection!

I’m glad we tried to experience Bourbon Butcher Kitchen once again. We will be back. Hopefully it will be another 5 star experience!!!

“We ordered sushi from this location inside the Mall of America. The sushi tasted fresh, was well prepared, and had good flavor.
