“I've gone to this Caribou so many times now and each experience has been amazing. The atmosphere is so cozy, I'm able to enjoy the scenery and focus on work. There are regular seats, but also some single sofas next to a fake fireplace that gives that good warmth in the winter time.
The service and food is a delight. The staff there are always so helpful with anything I might need. I don't feel afraid or anything to ask a question or two. The food and drinks there are so good, I typically just get the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, but I'm sure all their drinks are a 10/10!“

We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.“

“Good banh mi sandwich. I got the original and my wife got grilled pork. No complaints. We also got an order of fried rice seemed to be lacking on flavor and the chicken had a little too much gristle. This was our second time at this place. Two years ago the sandwiches were fantastic.“

The space was effortlessly elegant, the kind of place where you linger a little longer, and the staff—guided by an attentive general manager—made it feel as if our table was the only one that mattered. We shared the Nordic Crêpe, bursting with savory flavor, and the Bonne Maman—French for good mother and as sweet as its name. I sipped an Iced Strawberry Matcha that was so pretty it felt like wearing pearls before noon. Everything was délicieux, the kind of food you want to both savor slowly and order again immediately. We almost ordered a third crêpe but stopped ourselves, deciding instead to save that moment for another day… with our daughter at the table. Me and my son came in for lunch; drinks were great food was good (my bad i mis-ordered a roll)
but despite this our server was extremely on point the entire time -yea good food is getting more expensive - yea good service is getting more rare.

We were quickly greeted & seated, our waiter was super attentive to us, and the food was amazing! We had the walleye, juicy lucy and (grilled) chicken pasta Alfredo. “I Received a Mall of America gift card. I googled online as to whether I could apply this gift card to Cedar and Stone and it was affirmative.

I arrived and attempted to use the gift card but because they said their new gift cards are chipped and this $300 one was of the old style( only a few months old) I was unable to use it. And I was told by two different people that others had this same issue.

Anyway, that didn't set well with me... And felt a bit disingenuous. Especially since this restaurant boasts as a Mall of America destination.

Having said that, the service was good. The food even better. If you're willing to pay the price, a fun, urban, upscale restaurant with great taste!

Lastly, regarding parking. We walked outside to grab a couple of photos so our 2 hours of free parking went into 2 hours and approximately 20 minutes. The 2 hours is not honored, that 20 minutes cost us $16 to park“

They charged him for 2 adult phos (16.00 each= 30 total) ontop of the regular entres he ordered (75.46 total). They have a tablet that you check in, and they give you a number and an estimated wait time.

You order your drinks from the menu above your table and a robot comes by to bring them to you.

The food comes on a conveyer belt, which is clearly labeled. You can also order specific items from the touch screen you order drinks at and it comes directly to your table on a conveyer belt.

The vibe here is fun, the staff leave you alone unless you need them. This is a must stop in the Mall of America.“
