Austin is the best server I have ever had. So knowledgeable, friendly, a warm presence that makes you feel at home! You are lucky to have this employee. Sushi was incredible also!
My dinner order was wrong while seated with 12 of my business colleagues. Eventually the manager brought my order out and personally apologized and comp’d the meal . Dan Dan Noodles are delicious . That’s great customer service. I’ll be back to Crave @ MOA.
Really enjoyed our lunch at Crave for our anniversary. Brittany was a great server and even brought us an ice cream brownie treat with a sparkler on it to celebrate. I appreciated that they have dedicated vegetarian and gluten free menus. Ambience on “South Street” in the mall is quite nice too.

CRAVE Food & Drink Mall of America offers friendly service and really great food. The Firecracker shrimp is a definite go-to, and the Wagyu sliders with fries, Caprese flatbread, and signature wings tossed in the Asian sticky sauce are also available. The Lettuce wraps hit the spot as a light and fresh snack. Happy hour is a must from 3-5:30 PM, with a great variety of both food and drinks on the menu. The pricing is surprisingly reasonable, and the Blackberry mule is a treat for the price. The bar area has plenty of TVs for watching sports. The service is impeccable, with staff who provide solid food and drink suggestions and helpful, amazing service. The buffet is delicious with lots of flavorful options, and everything is fresh, tasty, and well done. It is a fun relaxing dinner, and guests will definitely be back.
