Really really good Mexican food in the mall of America! We were seated right away and had great service. The restaurant was cozy and clean. The complementary chips and salsa were tasty and our drink orders were taken quickly. I ordered the carne asada and it was phenomenal! The steak was tender and flavorful. The atmosphere and service was great, but the food was... OK all around.Regarding the food, I've got to preface saying that I grew up and lived on the border between Laredo and the RGV for 22 years, and can cook quite a bit of Norteno food. Husband and I love this place! We love the ambiance this place brings, the food is delicious (try the Chile Rellenos de camarones ?), and the staff is attentive and friendly! We love their brunch menu too. We also get their freshly squeezed OJ that comes included with a brunch item.
