Twigs Tavern and Grille Reviews
We took our mother out for Mother’s Day, and her and my sister have celiac disease. We will definitely be going back. The gluten free menu is amazing, and the service was spectacular. I highly recommend this place!!!!
This was terrible. Front of house staff were not very helpful. We were liking to dine in as guests of the hotel but they were full. That’s fine, but another family that came after ours had ordered was seated in the lobby with real silverware and dishes.

The food is delicious and a must stop for anyone gluten free or celiac! They have a separate kitchen for gluten free! We got to try foods we haven't had in forever! You cant even tell the food is gluten free! it is the ONLY restaurant I have heard ask at the hostess- gluten free? to make sure you get the correct menu! over 1000 review on fb tells you it's a hit! It gets busy- make reservations- go early- worth the wait!!

Twigs Tavern and Grille offers a welcoming atmosphere with outstanding food that exceeds expectations. Guests can enjoy a massive menu, including options for gluten-free diners, which is especially appreciated by those with dietary restrictions. The dining experience includes a patio garden, where guests can enjoy their meals among the flowers. While the upscale ambiance may vary, the delicious food and drinks remain consistent, making it a memorable dining experience for visitors to Rochester.
Recent reviews highlight the excellence of the food, with dishes like filet mignon, buratta beet salad, and ribs receiving praise. Guests appreciate the interesting drink menu and the hot rock experience with beef. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially regarding food sensitivities. Though service may be a bit slow at times, especially for those seated farther from the kitchen, the overall experience is enjoyable. Desserts like peach cobbler with ice cream have also been noted as a delightful finish to a meal. Some guests, however, have noted that the management could improve their approach to customer interactions.
