“The patio could be the location for Lord of the Flies! I enjoyed the Onion Rings appetizer and Fish & Fries. The food was good but I had to cover the food with napkins because there were so many flies. I asked a server to turn up the ceiling fans to blow them away and was told that was the highest speed available. I guess that was the easiest answer because the fan was barely moving. They can do much better.“

“Close to home atmosphere, with great "know your name" or at least your drink, service. In the middle of a very promising remodel, while still not inconveniencing customers. Remodeled bathrooms, too, for those of you that have been there. Quite classy.“

For me, two of those places were Just Brew It in Union Grove, Wisconsin, and the North Star Bar in Rochester, Minnesota. At Just Brew It, after only a couple of visits, the staff began greeting me by name every time I walked through the door. It reminded me of Norm from Cheers—that easy ritual of belonging where the world pauses to say, you matter here. “We are staying at St. Mary's and I ordered the Hot Ham and cheese deluxe and kiddos cheeseburger with a side of two shakes!!! let me tell the food was simply amazing nice big portions and the shakes were just the right consistency and so tasty!!!! We did use door dash for the delivery!! A++++“

“We were in town for a family member across the street and ate here everyday. The staff was very friendly, decor is cute, and the food is simply amazing!!!! The onion rings are so good, and the chicken and shrimp dinner served over taters with asparagus and cream sauce is to die for! We also got the chocolate raspberry cake for dessert to go and we really enjoyed it! Will be back for sure next time we are in town. Thank you to the friendly staff and chefs for making us feel welcome during a difficult time.“

“A bit expensive ( read portions are on the small side), but very good quality! Service was very friendly, and it was packed on a Monday night! The pasta was excellent ( paperdellie), it’s up with the pastas I’ve had in Italy! Most tables seemed to be enjoying their food. We not have any dessert but the desserts looked excellent as well. Would highly recommend especially for a special night out. The restaurant has a very cozy ambiance.“

Greeted with great energy when we walked in and by our waiter when we sat down, immediately boosted our mood. The outdoor seating was amazing. The burgers we got were some of the best we've had anywhere. The location was very nice with very accessible parking the next block over. Very pleased and said we would come back anytime we drive back through MN.“

“Love Rooster’s ❤️!! Both locations!! Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and happy to be there! Family orientated during the day and main meal times. Then later at around 9/10pm the music is turned up, ppl are dancing, playing pool, darts, gambling, drinks are flowing ppl are just having a great time! They have a fun crew and they work together to provide the best, more efficient customer service as possible!! Stop in!! They are open every night until 1am 🙂“

“It was my son's first time there. He ordered the hangover burger and I got the blue moon burger and she talked me into a piece of cheesecake. The burgers were top notch like always and I found new favorite place for cheesecake!! The service from the hostess to the waitress/owner were great, they are always checking in on you. I highly recommend stopping there!!“

“We ordered take out for 7 people and they gave us one bag of chips for 7 and forgot a order when we went to pick up the forgotten order they barely said a word no sorry for the inconvenience or attempt to refund anything. They charge a fee for pick up orders. I will not recommend them or order from there again.“
