“We were looking for a place for lunch and discovered The King's Place in Meisville w.is closed on Mondays :-(. This place had several good reviews so we thought why not. I had an outstanding patty melt and my wife had a French Dip which she described as " it was gooood". The waitress was attentive and they played music I grew up with (70s) so this place has found its way on our places to go to.“
“Everything was good except for the lettuce salad. Lettuce was old and brown. Looked like they cleaned out the refrigerator and threw veggies on it. Yuck. The bloody Mary I had was awful. It was so strong, spicy and had a strange flavor. Pickle juice, salt ? Who knows what was in it. Don't recommend ordering salad and Bloody Mary's there.“
“we drive an hour to eat here. the burgers are the best tasting beef to the point i asked where they get there beef from and i actually drove 1.5 hrs ro purchase some. i dont know the bar tender/waiters name but he is there everytime we drive there but he is fantastic and always smiles and hussles to accomadate his customers.Kid-friendliness: bar tender is awesome“
“Get the wings! Best sauce I've ever had. The burger with pepper jack was delicious, too. Great flavor. Atmosphere is what you'd expect from your small neighborhood bar. We've also had their pizza for take out and it's excellent ?“

“These guys know what service is all about. I rolled in along with 150 others on motorcycles, and the staff did a great job with the spike in customer traffic. Well organized, friendly, clean, and efficient operation. Food was hitting the tables quickly and people were loving it. Looking forward to returning!“
“Definitely an overlooked, hidden gem right on the river.Stopped in for a few drinks here one night during the week(Tues) with a few out of town guests, nice & mellow atmosphere...beautiful outdoor seating area...service was great...only complaints were it closed very early(11pm) and there was no music playing outside...I understand some like the quiet peaceful ambience of the river but wouldve been nice to have the option...I guess it's just a mood thing and just a personal preference. Other than that no real complaints, prices were best we found that whole evening and we had been to several bars, drinks were cold, service was very friendly and the outdoor option was comfy, clean and pretty damn fabulous, right on the river too! Would definitely recommend checking them out for at least a drink or three if in the area.Enjoy this lil hidden gem. ?“
“I've been a long time patron of the Bluff's. Last week we had my daughters wedding and reception there. Danielle Anway went above an beyond what was expected. Everything and everyone was ready on time. Eddies White Glove limo service was a mess. The wedding party's schedule was pushed up because of another booking (I'm told) and our wedding party couldn't get to the locations for photos that had been agreed on. Dannie and another employee drove the party to Memorial Park and the Habor Bar for photos. Dannie made sure the brides dress was aligned for photos for each shot. She could of just waited in the car. At 8:45 when one of our guests wanted to go back to the Hotel, our limo driver hung up on us. It was agreed that he would pick up the one or two people that wanted to go back early, then make regular trips at 9, 10 and 11 pm. Dannie volunteered to give her a ride back! The broiled chicken breast was great, the bacon wrapped, stuffed pork chop was to die for! The bar tender kept everyone happy at the bar. Everything was fantastic! No Surprises! Obviously I would recommend birthdays, weddings and just regular old get togethers at the Bluffs to anyone. Hat's off to the employees of the Bluff's, you guys made a big difference in my daughter's (and our families) special day!“
“Come see the harbor live music events djs. There's always somthing new Going on at the harbor and if you stay real late all the fun adults are at the boat landing hanging at the bonfire, fishing anything lots of fun people who love meeting people. Don't worry if you are shy they will take care of that were all fun chatty friendly crazy group of people after 10 pm 25-50 years young party time honestly anyone over 25 is fine“
“Very small, but very nice. Went for live music and had a blast listening to a local band play. Even though the place was packed the two workers did a great job of taking care of everyone as fast as they could.Drinks were reasonably priced and had a great selection.I make a habit to never go back to the same place twice when visiting a new city, I would have no problems going back to Barrel House.“
