I had a great time at Our Paladar. We sat at the bar for dinner, entertained and served by the indomitable Tyler, a musician at heart, but a man of the world. How he knew the Penguins sang Earth Angel, a song from the 1950s, was beyond me. On Tyler’s recommendations, we ordered some great food, although the wedge salad was the weakest dish.
