“Our plans for a late dinner and beers fell apart. One of our group called and asked if Newt's (South) could accommodate a group of our size that late on a Tuesday. We arrived to a waiting table with waters & popcorn. Our server, Layne, was quick taking our drink and food orders. The food was amazing, hot, and fast. Thank you for saving our "afters" tonight. We will be back!“

“The oldest Dairy Queen in Minnesota and it was delightful! Nice sized portions and love the retro-feel. No complaints here! Well, the almost-required gratuity ask was a bit cringey, but if that's what is needed to keep employees, so be it. they were organized!“

“Came here on a road trip with my friends and we were all talking about how amazing the place was. Greeted with great energy when we walked in and by our waiter when we sat down, immediately boosted our mood. The outdoor seating was amazing. The burgers we got were some of the best we've had anywhere. The location was very nice with very accessible parking the next block over. Very pleased and said we would come back anytime we drive back through MN.“

“Love this DQ! I used to live near it many years ago and loved being able to walk to it. There's just something about standing outside ordering your treat that takes you back to a time when life was simpler. Everything taste like it should and the service is top notch. It can get busy at night as a lot of youth sports teams tend to stop there.“

“Highly recommend Kelsey as a server. Tracy is also good, but less attentive. Our food was very good and we had enough for leftovers. The 2 for $25 deal is great. The spinach and artichoke dip is smaller than it used to be, but it's still delicious.“

“It was my son's first time there. He ordered the hangover burger and I got the blue moon burger and she talked me into a piece of cheesecake. The burgers were top notch like always and I found new favorite place for cheesecake!! The service from the hostess to the waitress/owner were great, they are always checking in on you. I highly recommend stopping there!!“

“1st time in and had a great experience!!! Sky took amazing care of us at the bar, giving tons of great recommendations of what not to miss out on!!! Fun atmosphere, great food and amazing service we would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!“
