“I've tried a few pumpkin lattes from various locations in the past week and Caribou has the best tasting pumpkin latte of them all. Very enjoyable.

Parking: The parking lot has lines on the pavement where you are expected to drive and stop your vehicles within the lines for an orderly arrival and departure process. It worked well for me.“

“One of the things about visiting Rochester especially the Mayo Clinic is the opportunity to go to Dunkin Donuts. Located conveniently a block away from the Gonda building and accessable via the underground walkway it is an easy place to visit. When I do come here the staff is always friendly, coffee or hot chocolate is hot and the quality of the sandwich or donut I get is generally of high quality.

Parking: If you are already downtown and within walking distance to Dunkin Donuts you are in my luck however if you are driving in you will likely have to park in a paid lot or if you are lucky there is a few paid spots on the street.“

“I love caribou. It’s better than any other coffee shop we have here in Rochester. I’m not from the Midwest originally, so when I go home to visit it’s hard to find anything that compares. I hope you move out more west soon! A couple hundred in every state!

Dietary restrictions: I think it’s great how if you order in the app you don’t get charged for dairy free options. It’s not our fault that we are lactose intolerant or have allergies to things. I wish they would make it in store as well!“

“My medium coffee was a little off today. It wasn't as good as I get at other Bous in town. I also requested my beans be ground. This was done quickly but I was handed a bag with coffee ground dust all over the outside of the bag. Presentation speaks volumes.

Vegetarian options: Vegan flatbread is amazing“

“I don’t know who came up with this concept, but they were right. This is great, and I want more of this in other places. Lots of sun, lots of glass, lots of plants..basically lots of nice things to look at while I’m on my laptop, rather than out at a parking lot.

“Much to my surprise, they have white chocolate mocha and white chocolate hot chocolate! I absolutely had to get it! White chocolate is so rare! The servers were polite and chatty! Not as many seating options as I usually like, but still a nice little place. My only complaint is that it was a bit cold in temperature and the place. It's very understandable that the staff was wearing long sleeves and hoodies. It's chilly in there.“

“Pretty good. I wish they had more fresh and healthy options, instead of processed food. I wish they offered like a fruit cup, or even just pieces of whole fresh fruit. The breakfast and lunch sandwiches are good, but it’s definitely processed food. The coffee is good, plain black coffee, and I enjoyed it.“

“The coffee shop is beautiful and the service is amazing! I got a Caramella latte which was absolutely perfect for a good morning wake-me-up! The reason I knocked off a star is because parking is horrible. I spent about 20 minutes driving all around trying to find somewhere decent to park. In the end I parked road-side across from the Trinity Lutheran Church, but the parking was a max of one hour, which is not nearly enough time to really sit down and get some work done.

Parking: There is NO PARKING around. If you want to park at all you have to pay a street meter or park a fifteen minute walk away. It was actually a very frustrating process to try and park for me.

Kid-friendliness: I definitely don't think this is the type of place to bring your kid. They will get bored super fast and there's not a whole lot of kid-friendly drinks or food.“

“I have been through the drive through many times but went inside for the first time today and Eli has exceptional customer service, is helpful to his coworkers and is very friendly to all guests. He is constantly moving around working to make sure guests are being helped.“

“I go here 3-4 times per week for an ice (frappe) coffee drink, the drinks are great and the service is fast and friendly, their thirsty Thursday deal is phenomenal, I order the drink of my choice, do my shopping and the drink is ready when I get back to the counter.“

“A warm, cozy vibe right across from Domitilla building/Mayo Clinic. I spent a few hours having some turtle mocha and reading/writing, and there was plenty of room. Bathrooms are very well maintained, and the staff is very accommodating. They let me use my own mug (please bring your own if possible since they use single use cups)

“June 24 update: This store is open M-F (5.30 am to 12.30 pm). Nice coffee, friendly and kind baristas, quick service. Today they are featuring Komodo Dragon Dark Roast (a must-try blend for lovers of complex dark roast coffee with Earthy and herbal notes from Sumatra). The café accepts in-store mobile payments though I am not sure if one can redeem stars. Order ahead (through app) and dine-in are not available. More importantly, the store management has decided to continue the use of old generation espresso machines (therefore, the espresso is not as bold and smooth as the one generated by new generation Mastrena-2 Swiss-made espresso machines available at Apache Starbucks).“

“Kara is the BEST ! Always going above and beyond to make sure my order is correct and that I always receive it correct from her store! All the other stores in Rochester seem to not know how to make this drink that is on the menu , and make it wrong in different ways every time but Kara always makes sure I get it right! That’s why I take my time to go to the mall location just to have her help because when my coffee is wrong , it really sucks :(“

“It was good I ordered the matcha green tea cooler it was so good with the caramel. The only thing that should be better is the time they close I went to carribue a few times in my neighborhood hood and it was closed. I go every morning sometimes night but it is always closed. Maybe you should think about closing around 8:00 in SE“

“You are going to want to eat both breakfast and lunch/dinner here, trust me. Also, you will need a piece of coconut cake. Staff is friendly, socially distanced and the take out is just as good as eating in. Curbside pick up is nice as well.“

“Phenomenal experiences at Caribou coffee. My husband and I enjoy their coffee immensely. We go for coffee so much that the friendly staff know exactly what we order. We feel like we are family at Caribou. The atmosphere at Caribou is so peaceful and relaxing. We love it. I hope that Caribou prospers and does really well financially.

“Everytime I travel someplace I look for different coffee shops. Stubbled upon this one today. I was not disappointed, my bank account was but not me. The coffee A+, the sandwichs A++, I even bought bags of coffee and a cup from there.
The bank account ouch was the $73 bag of coffee I bought, ouch but it's going to be so good.“

“I’m a pretty big Starbucks fan and I’d have to say this Target location always makes my drinks the best. Also, the workers are always SO sweet and friendly! But out of all the locations in Rochester, I’d have to say my coffee always tastes amazing from here. I just went to the one by the Rec Center and they never make my drink correct (have all the toppings/spices) and the workers have never been very friendly.“
