“Located in the Mayo clinic underground subway level. Google maps gave the impression it was on street level, it is not. Use any elevator connected to the subway level. Head to Mayo clinic/Gonda building. Head to the Mayo clinic shop for canes, walkers, bandage, etc... walk strait down to a clothing store and take a right. Take stairs or wheelchair ramp by chocolate vendor. Follow hallway and carabu will be on your left across from auntie Annie's and Cinnabon.“

Parking: The parking lot has lines on the pavement where you are expected to drive and stop your vehicles within the lines for an orderly arrival and departure process. It worked well for me.“

“I worked with the GM Andrew to cater for a weekend event for over 100 people. He was accommodating from the start! He went above and beyond, however, close to the event by reaching out to the other Caribous and connected with the GM of the Rochester Subway caribou, Tamara. Not only was Tamara willing to open her store for an hour (it was closer to our event) but she had insulated containers that would keep the coffee warmer for hours. Both Andrew and Tamara worked on their day off to make 12 1/2 gallons of coffee and 2 1/3 gallons of hot water, all before 7:15 AM! I am grateful to both of them. Amazing customer service!“

“I am a professional cozy seeker 🤎 Recently I started adding this Caribou to my study routine and it's become my spot. Tables are always clean and my coffee is on point every time (Northern Lite with cinnamon, hot). The Wi-Fi is fairly quick, and the smell of coffee is lowkey delicious 🤤 I wear my headphones, but their music selection is a vibe too.
It's also a nice family setting. Don't forget your granny at home, invite her for some coffee! 🌝
My real highlight is the workers. They greet me with a good morning when I walk in and wish me well when I leave after hours of studying. As someone who values those details, that's not something you see every day. That's why it's on my study rotation. Honestly, I kind of want to gatekeep this gem.

But out of all the locations in Rochester, I’d have to say my coffee always tastes amazing from here. I just went to the one by the Rec Center and they never make my drink correct (have all the toppings/spices) and the workers have never been very friendly.“
