“I worked with the GM Andrew to cater for a weekend event for over 100 people. He was accommodating from the start! He went above and beyond, however, close to the event by reaching out to the other Caribous and connected with the GM of the Rochester Subway caribou, Tamara. Not only was Tamara willing to open her store for an hour (it was closer to our event) but she had insulated containers that would keep the coffee warmer for hours. Both Andrew and Tamara worked on their day off to make 12 1/2 gallons of coffee and 2 1/3 gallons of hot water, all before 7:15 AM! I am grateful to both of them. Amazing customer service!“

“Went through the drive through right when they opened on Easter morning. Did not get the gentlemen's name who was working but he was awesome! Possibly the nicest and friendliest Caribou worker I have ever encountered. My drink was made perfectly as well. Thank you for being so pleasant on a holiday morning at 6am!! “I've tried a few pumpkin lattes from various locations in the past week and Caribou has the best tasting pumpkin latte of them all. Very enjoyable.

Parking: The parking lot has lines on the pavement where you are expected to drive and stop your vehicles within the lines for an orderly arrival and departure process. It worked well for me.“

“April 17th around 12:30pm I went to grab a coffee. Your drive thru employee was so amazing! Very nice, created conversation, and made it such an enjoyable experience. I believe the name was Brianna? sorry if that is not right. She had really cool guitar pic earrings and a cool side neck tattoo. If I was still a manager I would have tried so hard to recruit her to my own team! It’s so nice for someone to take those couple minutes as a coffee is being made and connect to the customer.
