“Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

The biggest downside was the wait time, which was over an hour. I’ve been here a few times and can say for sure the wait is usually always about 1 hour- 1.5 hours durning breakfast time. Unfortunately, the hostess experience was a bit frustrating. My name was crossed out and rewritten on the wait list, and several groups who arrived after us were seated first. It might be helpful for the restaurant to implement an electronic waitlist system to better keep track of guests and avoid these situations in the future.

Once we were seated, though, everything turned around. Our waitress was amazing—attentive, kind, helpful, and consistently checked in throughout our meal. Her excellent service, combined with the delicious food, absolutely made up for the long wait and earlier interaction at the front.

The food was phenomenal. The apple and strawberry Pannekoeken pancake was a 5/5, and I loved that the strawberry version came with sour cream mixed with brown sugar—it was such a delicious touch. The Dutch skillet was also a 5/5 and packed with flavor. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was really good as well. Portions were generous and perfect for sharing. If you’re dining solo, expect to have leftovers, which is always a bonus!

Overall I would recommend this place! Make sure you plan for a long wait, would not recommend if you’re looking for something quick.“

“My only reason to drop a star is that people like to know the cost of what they ordered before getting to the window so they can have cash ready and not hold up drive thru line. Also I've noticed that different staff have charged differently for what I get and it's usually matcha tea latte small and a muffin.“

“It was good I ordered the matcha green tea cooler it was so good with the caramel. The only thing that should be better is the time they close I went to carribue a few times in my neighborhood hood and it was closed. I go every morning sometimes night but it is always closed. Maybe you should think about closing around 8:00 in SE“

Also, the friendliness and helpfulness of all at the North Broadway location makes it a favorite place to shop. I hope to keep finding energy bars in stock. Wow! Powerful and healthy!“
