The first time I went to this Caribou, the staff was so friendly and upbeat! I figured it was just a good day. Well today was my third time back and every visit has been the same, no matter who is working at the time. When asked what I'd like to order, today I said I was going to have my first pumpkin spice latte of the season and I could hear cheering coming from inside the building. ? It was good I ordered the matcha green tea cooler it was so good with the caramel. The only thing that should be better is the time they close I went to carribue a few times in my neighborhood hood and it was closed. I go every morning sometimes night but it is always closed. Maybe you should think about closing around 8:00 in SE
