Caribou Coffee is located in a less desirable part of town, but it offers a surprisingly decent selection of items. Customers appreciate the exceptional service, with staff being kind and attentive, verifying drink requests and providing a friendly atmosphere. However, some reviews note that drinks like lattes may lack the expected strength, with an extra shot sometimes not being noticeable. Overall, the combination of good food items and pleasant service makes it a worthwhile stop.
