didn't get order correctly at the driveup. had to wait longer than expected. had to repeat phone number several times like the agent wasn't listening. not impressed with this location.Parking: good parking cause I had to wait.

It was good I ordered the matcha green tea cooler it was so good with the caramel. The only thing that should be better is the time they close I went to carribue a few times in my neighborhood hood and it was closed. I go every morning sometimes night but it is always closed. Maybe you should think about closing around 8:00 in SE

The first time I went to this Caribou, the staff was so friendly and upbeat! I figured it was just a good day. Well today was my third time back and every visit has been the same, no matter who is working at the time. When asked what I'd like to order, today I said I was going to have my first pumpkin spice latte of the season and I could hear cheering coming from inside the building. ? It's so nice to experience such positivity. These young people seem to love their jobs and make it a great environment for customers and for each other! Definitely going back, if not for the caffeine boost, for the mood boost!

Terrible service! We went through the drive thru and the girl helping us paid absolutely no attention to us and just talked to another employee about her personal life the whole time. It was ridiculous! Then, I called and asked to talk to the manager and the girl on the phone laughed after I asked for the manager. When I talked to the manager, she was super rude and didn't take me seriously at all. Absolutely terrible service! I will literally never go back. These kids have no respect whatsoever!
