Went on a busy Saturday and the staff was great! I was helped by Walter, I apologize if I got the name wrong, but wonderful service!! They were super enthusiastic and let me know my perks before paying! Got a free drink! Thank you!
Customer service seemed a little off today.
Stopped by Caribou Coffee while I was at the mall, and it was a great experience! The food was delicious, and the coffee was just as good. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Ang at the cash register gave me some amazing recommendations, and I’m so glad I took them because everything was fantastic. Thank you, Ang, for making my visit even better! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m at the mall.
