Charlies cheeseteaks never disappoint and i keep coming back! For some reason this location always seems to be understaffed. There is a guy that been here for a few years. I see him getting his but kicked when they're short staffed all the time. He's always nice and great to my kids! If you don't mind a short wait for a fresh made to order Philly check it out!
I am giving 5 star for management and customer service. The manager "James" took my order, prepared, served, and handled employee's all while providing customer service.. I work in customer service and would love to have a Manager like this. The food is fresh and has good flavor.. I did enjoy my meal, but enjoyed seeing 5 star management and multi-tasking in action..
