“The entire crew that was working on the evening of Tuesday, October 3, 2023 deserve many praises. This was simply amazing service at its best. As we were driving down Route 52 trying to make it to Culvers before closing, I called and asked if we could get the full menu if we came in minutes before closing. Whoever answered the phone was so positive and warm and assured us that we could indeed! Literally, we walked in at 9:58 p.m. They were scheduled to close in two minutes. However, the entire crew greeted us with warmth and smiles. We had fish, cheese curds, fries, etc. Everything was fresh and delicious. At 10:20 (20 minutes past closing time), a worker came by our table to see if we needed anything else. We were not pressured at anytime to leave. Unbelievable! We just know we would not experience such special service anywhere but Culver's in Rochester, MN! This team should be so proud. What a delightful place.“
“The first time in my life that I’ve accidentally gone to a restaurant without money. So embarrassing. After telling the drive through man that I left my debit card at home and only had the $3 cash and that was was going to have to cancel my order, the guy at the window Martin, just whipped out his wallet and said “I got you, no worries” I couldn’t even believe it. I am just shook at my mistake and, and even more so impressed by the generosity and his friendly customer service! Martin credited his level of customer service training to his manager. Keep killin’ it! Also, the mint concrete mixer is so good!“

“Food was great! It was our first time trying Chick-fil-A. The service was quick. Our biggest problem wasn't the inside atmosphere (we did drive through), it was navigating the drive up to order. The lanes are very narrow and curvy and definitely not made for a truck to navigate through. I can not imagine someone with anything being pulled behind their vehicle being able to use the convenience of the drive through! When it's a hassle to have to park your truck/camper, truck/boat, or just bigger truck/van and walk inside to eat; people will think to go elsewhere to eat so they don't have to exit their vehicle just to grab a quick meal“
“The #1 Dairy Queen in Rochester has been a “staple” here for years…cars line up into the street waiting to get to the drive thru for one of best “Original” sandwiches and signature DQ treats like sundaes, shakes, dilly and buster bars…The sandwiches are why I go, they are basically a “maid-rite” which is ground beef, onions, and whatever other condiments you wish to add…This year, I’m sorry to say they lose a star(4 out of 5) because although the price is the same as last year, DQ chooses to join the “trend” that most retail businesses seem to be following: Keep the price LOW, but give the customer LESS…That’s right, your getting more air and less chips in that bag of Lay’s, and ounces are dropping on your popular packaging, that your not suppose to notice, just to keep prices low…well, the DQ original sandwich is still very good, and comes highly recommended, be aware, (but not surprised) to see how small they’ve become…Myself, I would rather pay more and GET more, if you get my meaning! That said, BY FAR the best DQin Rochester!! P.S. try a “cherry misty”“
“Very helpful worker here and I ordered online and it was ready fast and I use to work for 14yrs at tha pizza hut in my home town when it was here and that was one of my fav jobs and longest and I really miss eating there so this was a great treat to myself“
“I placed an ice cream cake order for my son’s birthday- as this is the type of cake he wanted. I wasn’t sure if the success, being done online. I really had my doubts, and it was for a 16th birthday. I didn’t want to mess this one up.I placed the order and it was very simple online. Lots of options to select, I wasn’t picky - just wanted it to be something a teen would like.The store has seasonal hours in minnesota during the winter. We are lucky they are open at all I suppose. Closed Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Currently only open starting at noon Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sundays.I picked up the cake at the time I reserved it for on a Friday afternoon. It was ready when I arrived. I paid abs was on my way. Cake was absolutely perfect. It made me so happy. They went above and beyond in my eyes to make it a special cake AND day for my son. It had a plastic pretend drivers license on the cake, he kept as a memory the “the most perfect day”.I’m so thankful for the hard work of the cake decorator. It truly was perfect & delicious too. It will be a special birthday we always remember.“
“Visiting from out of town and this place was the only place that was opened for breakfast that wasn't serving breakfast food. The service was fantastic, the sandwich artist was very polite and patient with my indicision. We didn't eat in but the dining area was clean and spotless.“
“The subs are always amazing here. We had placed a order online on January 13th. Took a bit longer than usual to get our food which I was told the reason why it took longer to get our food was told our ticket was misplaced so I was given four coupons to make up for it. I’m glad I looked at the coupons before using them. The coupons expired in November of 2020. So the coupons can’t even be used.“

“While we were in Rochester. MN recently I completed an online meal order for our dinner. The quality and consistency of their roast beef sandwich draws us back to Arby's often. Their service was a little off today. When I arrived, I was the only customer at their counter. An employee looked at me while restocking fry cartons. I was by the online order pickup sign. When two more customers entered, the employee stopped stocking, greeted them, and approached them to take their order. I saw my order on the counter, bagged, and ready to go when I came in. Feeling ignored and admittedly a bit frustrated, I pointed out I was here first and would like my to-go-order. The look I received wasn't a friendly one, but she did stop and pass my food to me.While mine was a to go order, I did notice that the restaurant appeared well organized and clean. My visit was after the typical lunch hour had passed.“

“We've been to Gilberto's twice, once for lunch and once for breakfast. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you when it's ready. The restaurant is comfortable and inviting. There's a bar with salsas, and fresh pico and pineapple. The portions are large and the food is excellent. We felt like we got a great value for the price paid. One thing that's different is you have to buy chips. We did and they were hot and fresh. I recommend trying their breakfast; the chilaquiles was really good!“

“Another day ...Another McDonald's location..We ordered in the App and it was ready when we walked in.Looked like it was newly remodeled inside and it was nice and clean.It's fast and it's cheap but it's never really that good.. but today I had the best breakfast sandwich at a McDonald's so far.This bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle was neatly assembled and it was actually warm.Kudos to this McDonald's team.“
“You don’t expect much from a McDonalds generally. I had 3 McChickens, and a 6 piece McNuggets. The McChickens all had good buns, not soggy or overdone. The chicken patties were all perfectly done as well. And not too much Mayo thankfully! The McNuggets weren’t the best I’ve had, but I can say this is likely one of the best meals I’ve had at McDonalds ever!“

“This Jimmy John's is across the street from the Mayo clinics. I was there at 11:30 a.m. and the place was so unbelievably busy. They had about 12 - 14 employees taking orders, making sandwiches, bagging and deliveries. It was a well-oiled machine unlike you have ever seen at any Jimmy John's. Orders coming in on the mobile app / website, call-in orders and a line of people out the door that never let up. Hat's off to the employees who were all so nice, courteous and helpful. “To begin,I have the Subway app, which I recommend…it offers deals, coupons, and you earn points for free food…that said, using it tonite was like any other nite, easy, fast, convenient..I got my favorite, a foot long BMT toasted, and instead of paying $9+ that it normally costs, I paid $5.99(plus tax) because of the app, and the coupons that comeIn the mail…15 min. after ordering I arrived at the Eastwood location subway and there was my sub, ready and waiting (as usual) for me to pick-up..I haven’t had to wait for a pick-up yet, kudos to the sandwich artists that are employed there! If your like me and like subway sandwiches, you can’t go wrong visiting this location!Update: 5-5-23: This Subway location no longer accepts coupons for some reason, so using the app is only good for ordering your Subs in advance, as the rewards “curve” is quite steep…and remember the “$5 footlong” promo in the past? That is LONG GONE, an average sub “favorite” like a “spicy italian” or a BMT, or subway club for instance, will now cost you AT LEAST DOUBLE ($10.49 and up) for a 12”….Sorry subway, the cost of your subs and the fact that you no longer accept coupons will cost you a star, as you have fallen from grace a bit, at least In my book…Updated: 5-5-23“
“I work at the mall so naturally I eat a lot of mall food, and everyone is always so nice and friendly, and the speed is pretty efficient, I always have enough time to finish my food before my break ends between ordering, eating, and getting back to work. If I could give them more stars I would, the food is great and always super fresh, and also the pricing is really good too“

Staff is always super friendly and efficient.Today when I stopped in during my lunch break, there was a line out the door with only one person working. The man working was absolutely killing it. Friendly and upbeat. Joking with customers. Patient with the elderly lady who had questions and coupons to use. All while slanging sandwiches at a record pace. He was operating so well under pressure. Give that man a raise!“
“In addition to this being a facility has served the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had in my life, the service was impeccable, I felt like a family member. The atmosphere was wonderful, festive and friendly. If you haven’t tried this place you haven’t tried some of the best food you’ve ever tried. Big ups to Joe and the family.
