Always 5 out of 5 service when I come here. I’ve worked with one of the owners John at the bank and he has always been a great customer. Always friendly, nice, inquiring about our weekends etc. really good human and the manager Javi has always gone above and beyond anytime I have visited the store. 1st time at Potbelly's for me. Great food (BLTA, double bacon/ double avocado, cheese... KILLER!!
J.R. and Omar today had to handle an upset customer today around 12:45 during a lunch rush. They handled it with kindness and in a calmed manor. I was able to get my order that was correct as they had to deal with her at the same time. I applaud them for being professionals while she was not. Everything I ordered was perfect. Good job!
