Ordered a grande peppermint mocha and it wasn’t even full to the top. I understand there should be room for whipped cream, but this was almost close to half full. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve received my drinks not filled to the top at this location.
So I’m from out of town, stopped by for a sip, they were slammed, short staffed, and there registers were down. Best attitudes ever though! Even though everything was going wrong the service was well above expectations. This location (#49133) should serve as example on how to handle stress!

So disappointing yesterday..Stopped by drivetru tried to order 3 different drinks. Common theme couldn't make because out of ingredients. So ordered breakfast sandwich no drink. Got to window, employee went to hand me bag that sandwich was in and cheese was all over the outside of the bag from my sandwich..asked for at least a napkin.
