Not great for kids. I have been here twice and both times they were not used to kids or didn’t know how to interact with them. They were rude to my son who already had a rough day. I wish I hadn’t tipped.

I’ve been to this Starbucks many times and never had this experience. Today I ordered a shaken espresso with cf on top. The lady who handed me my drink in the drive through was laughing which I didn’t think much of. After taking one sip of the drink I tasted something crunchy. I took it out and looked at it. It was a FLY! I’m not even kidding. I was so grossed out I returned it and got a refund. The man helping me also gave me a $4 gift card which is nice but I won’t be ever coming back to this location. I have a feeling that fly was put in the drink intentionally as it was at the very top … don’t come to this location.

I understand your all busy but when you have 6 employees and 2-3 customers waiting and Trying to get the attention of an employee and no one will even look at you,people will walk out. 2 customers just walked out. Thank you!

So disappointing yesterday..Stopped by drivetru tried to order 3 different drinks. Common theme couldn't make because out of ingredients. So ordered breakfast sandwich no drink. Got to window, employee went to hand me bag that sandwich was in and cheese was all over the outside of the bag from my sandwich..asked for at least a napkin. Asked to us points to pay for sandwich and took money off my card instead. Employee reversed it then. When to eat sandwich and it was just a mess, 1/2 egg not even on sandwich. ?♀️ get it together Starbucks!

Really friendly staffs, and our drinks/food were perfect. Inside was pretty. Took maybe 5-10min for two drinks and two food items, which is speedy for most Starbucks I've been to. Only issue we had was there was a wasp in the store lol. Otherwise really lovely location!
