Don't get me wrong, our server was absolutely on top of the game with our 20+ table top...Food was great!However we have a very large family and we all came together for my mother's birday, we finished eating and were making our way to the door and saying our good byes at this point one server got heated because one of us seemed to be in her way and them got very loud. All it would have taken was a polite excuse me we need to get through here.
Went up with a buddy for Friday fish fry. The batter fried cod was done to perfection, moist, flaked away inside the just-right beer batter. The broiled cod was dusted with paprika and a hint of nutmeg, I believe. Also done perfectly. We had an order of onion rings, which were great.Charlie does it up right, like he always has. Food was okay. Nothing special about this place considering the food.Average at best.We had breakfast and felt it was only okay. The sausage was not very good. I felt like it was frozen and bland.Eggs and hash browns were cooked well. Don't order the wheat toast as it was dry and flavorless.
