We did mention when making the reservation in open table that we were celebrating a birthday. It was never brought up. Everything tasted great and refillable drinks were brought without asking. “My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!“

“Loved the food here. We got two plates to share along with a side and enjoyed every item.

The mushroom fettuccini was very good, with a few greens in the middle to offset the rich earthiness.

The jerk chicken was flavorful and tender. It came with a vinegary cucumber salad that was also tasty. The smashed yucca was maybe the best yucca I've ever had. It had a citrusy sauce in it that balanced the salty starchiness. Wonderful!

The cocktails were great too, and the patio seating has a great view of the river on a nice day. All in all, superb!“

“My waiter Addison was great and very attentive. However, the short rib sandwich was over cooked and over priced. On line there were a couple of items that I didn't see on the actual menu while at the restaurant. We were given the lunch menu at the front door, this really confused me, later Addison eventually figured it out. The rest of the experience was nice. The comedy acts were funny, except for the second to last guy, that totally bombed, as part of his act was to call all women bitches. He was poorly prepared, and otherwise was not funny at all, and should not be invited back.“

Before the main course we were delighted with an array of breads and a delicious amuse-bouche. We skipped salad to keep room for dessert, which was in our opinion a smart play because the cheesecake and crème brûlée was a marvelous way to cap our evening. Highly recommend the Capital Grille. “We have been coming to Perrone’s for 15 years and have never ever had a meal that wasn’t awesome. The steaks are phenomenal, especially if you add a sauce like peppercorn. The pasta is excellent and the duck if you haven’t tried, it is phenomenal as well. Our waitress Taylor was attentive, friendly and very efficient. We just love this place and enjoy coming back every time.“

Salads are very flavorful and I enjoy the side of bread as well. It can get busy sometimes so plan accordingly. Staff does a great job to ensure everyone gets a table when it is busy.“

I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“
