We visited Herbst for our wedding anniversary date this year and had a great experience! We got a complimentary prosecco toast to kick things off. I got a signature cocktail that was gin based and had great flavor! Great food, great people, so much care snd thought put into everything.
No question - my new favorite restaurant in the cities. Not only was our waiter, Hector, the kindest and so attentive, we sat at the Chef’s Counter and got to speak with Grant about the dishes and watch him work. You can tell he’s incredibly passionate about making a satisfying dish and his use of ingredients resulted in some of the best flavors my husband and I have experienced in a long time.
