Starbucks in Bloomington

“We went into target after having a rough day, and decided to grab drinks from Starbucks. We were greeted by Patrick, and recieved excellent customer service. He made our drinks fast without sacrificing quality, and we left with a smile. Not every Hero wears a cape. Thanks again, Patrick.“

“I am in absolute awe at the workers here. Today is one of the busiest days in mall of america, they had a line out the door so I was surprised they kept mobile orders on. It was overwhelming in such a strong sense that even the people waiting were overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people in this small space. I don’t know how the workers were able to do it but despite the amount of people compared to how few of them they were they stayed calm and were extremly efficient, I can’t imagine the amount of stress they were feeling but they didn’t show any of it. Mobile orders should’ve been turned off for the sake of these workers but despite the circumstances they did amazing. I hope the workers know that their hard work didn’t go unnoticed or without appreciation.“

“Anyone complains about this location doesn’t have the patience’s it’s in the middle of the mall get a grip! But this Location never disappoints they are always friendly and never make my drinks wrong me and my coworkers love coming here any time of the day!! :)

There’s a sweet older Hispanic lady who works there she’s so wonderful hopefully she stays!!

“I stopped here for morning coffee a couple times while on business in the area, and this might be the best, most friendly staff I've encountered at a Starbucks, and I wish I could transport them all back home with me to my local coffee shop (thanks gang!). Why all the hate in the Google reviews?!
