“We stopped in on Sunday December 14th because we saw a coupon in the MOA coupon book for a free beverage. Never did I think we would have the experience we did. Shout-out to Ty for engaging in conversation with my son and I. He pointed out my son's hat (he collects Pokemon pins) and was so nice and hyped up my son so much. We had a wonderful time and he also sent us home with a bunch of Capital One swag. We have told so many people about our experience and we will definitely be back. Should also mention the Cinnamon Maple Latte with Cold Foam is to die for. We really need more genuine people like Ty in this world.“

“This Caribou Coffee is inside the Lunds & Byerlys, which was a little confusing to me. I have zero experience with coffee and am trying to learn how to drink it, so I went in the middle of the workday and it was very quiet. The barista was friendly and helpful, and even though it took me quite a while and a back and forth for him to help me figure out what's a good starter coffee, I never felt rushed. I ended up getting a vanilla crafted press.

The store itself did feel a little strange since it's kind of just a stand inside the grocery store, which I wasn't ready for, so it's not as "coffee house vibe" as you might be expecting, though there is seating in the Lund's and Byerly's ready to eat section of the store.“

“The absolute best customer service ANYWHERE! I can tell you … as a past employee there,,,,they do their best to fill a need but do it in a fun way! I was there for 25 years and as a top seller I can say it was the best 25 of my life. Yes, it’s a commissioned store but, they really DO see the customer. DO try to make it fun and get you what you need.“

“Got a mango and pineapple refresher from here. It genuinly came out within about 40 seconds after ordering it which surprsied me a lot. It tasted very good and was exaclty what I wanted. The workers were very nice, the guy who took my order was. A bit monotone but it wasn't depressingly bad or anything. The counters were very dirty but overall good atmosphere.“

“As someone who prefers the coffee at Caribou to the other major chain at Mall of America, I was happy to see Caribou represented here! Apparently I'm not the only Caribou fan, as the place was pretty crowed, but our drinks were prepared quickly and efficiently.“

“I am in absolute awe at the workers here. Today is one of the busiest days in mall of america, they had a line out the door so I was surprised they kept mobile orders on. It was overwhelming in such a strong sense that even the people waiting were overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people in this small space. I don’t know how the workers were able to do it but despite the amount of people compared to how few of them they were they stayed calm and were extremly efficient, I can’t imagine the amount of stress they were feeling but they didn’t show any of it. Mobile orders should’ve been turned off for the sake of these workers but despite the circumstances they did amazing. I hope the workers know that their hard work didn’t go unnoticed or without appreciation.“

“A super cute boba place with fun flavors and even cool cups! There’s just something about those curved edges that make the drinks fun. The Ube Latte Crème Brûlée boba is my favorite so far. My daughter of course enjoys the Miffy mascot. We will turn this into one of our main treat go to places for sure!“

“Leave your prejudice behind because this market is a trip. This is like going to East Africa. A Somalian restaurant and market located around the corner from the Mall of America, perhaps a mile down the street from MOA. The food is original and there are no big thrills, East African cuisine as you’d get in Somalia or Kenya. The food is tasty and it’s a hub for Somali cabbies (taxi) drivers. There is a market too. Worth to get camel meat from the tiny meat market. There is a little room for the men but I’ve never seen there any women. Worth exploring every aisle in the market.“
