For breakfast, we stopped by our trusty Caribou Coffee for the Just Egg flatbread and a coffee. Everything was great, as always. I especially love that the flatbread has vegan pesto and vegan cheese—so good!
The JUST Egg Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread is excellent and is served all day. This is 1 of 2 places at the Mall of America that serves a breakfast sandwich. The other is the Barnes & Noble Café.
Great place to share a cup of coffee and watch the people going by!
