“Visited yesterday for my birthday drink, and I was standing waiting for my mobile order. It was maybe a couple minutes, and then I started wondering if I hadn't gone to the wrong place, and pulled up the app again, when one of the baristas asked what I was waiting for. I said the drink, and then noticed that the address on my order was not this location. I told her, oh no, I think I went to the wrong place. She told me, don't worry about it, we'll make your drink!This is great customer service: she observed a need and then met that need with no prompting or self benefit. “My daughter and I stopped in with no reservation while it was pretty busy and were seated right away. Our waitress was awesome and the service was fast. I got the Pork Belly & Biscuit- very delicious! My daughter got the Chicken Biscuit and she loved it! She isn’t a fan of honey but loved the hot honey that came with her dish ( she had it on the side to make sure she would like it). I was also impressed the coffee drink selection. Such great varieties! I had the Pistachio Cardamom which was so delicious. Also ordered the March special to go which was the Lucky Green Dream Latte- very delicious as well! Definitely stopping again when we are back in the area!“
“Really enjoyed our time here on a little work trip with my husband. It is a very unique coffee shop with a distinct old world vibe. There a lot of kitschy items for sale and it gave us a very antique feel. I really enjoyed the space available- it was clear that this is the local professionals favorite spot as I overheard many conversations about work, saw plenary of people on their computers, and was tons of folks talking either about business or the like. My husband ordered a sparing lemonade that he felt was made in house, and I had a delicious strong chai latte. We also both ordered a blueberry muffin each and they're also clearly made in house and are extremely delicious, moist, and flavorful. By the time we left after 2.5 hours, we smelt more yummy food being cooked, and are convinced we would happily come back again!“
“The team here gets a shout out. They got slammed by a big group of people while I was working. The staff was responsive, kind, and positive and took care of everyone. They ran out of some stuff when I reorder but gave a rockstar recommendation for an Americano as an alternative.“
“This is now my favorite place to study. This caribou is tucked away in the corner of the strip and always quiet. There is plenty of comfy sitting with tables, so I'm able to sit up and study as long as I need without my back killing me.The staff are all really nice and friendly. One younger male took the egg off a sandwich for me even though I know he didn't haveee to BUT I really appreciated him doing it.It's really clean as well. As for the drinks, I was just telling my BF about how I missed the Italian soda's they had at Starbucks like 10 years ago, specifically their white peach tea one. I went into caribou the next day to study there for the first time and couldn't believe it when I saw a sparkling peach tea on the menu!! I get it without the caffeine boost and it is SO yummy and refreshing.So happy I found this place and its only 1/2 a mile away!!Parking: plenty of parking!Kid-friendliness: quiet and calm with plenty of menu options for a kidWheelchair accessibility: no steps, open seating/walking area's, easy parking lot“
“This shop is conveniently located inside the target on cliff road Eagan. The service is friendly .. very neatly maintained.Plenty of parking but there is no drive through service here.Pricing is same as other starbucks location and the availability of the menu is the same as other starbucks locations.Very convenient to grab and go shopping or shopping and relaxing with a coffee ☕“
“I've gone to this place at least a dozen times. Rarely is there a coffee shop this happy, cozy, and relaxing. They have a wide variety of flavors, including pistachio, an excellent array of food, and staff that genuinely cares and remember me. I highly recommend Vendella!“
