“WOW. Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me make my order and recommended one of the new blackberry drinks. By time I came back from the soda fountain my food was ready. Clean store, great people and atmosphere. And fast service, I was shocked that my food was ready so fast. Grade A establishment.

“I've always had an A+ experience ordering from this Papa John's location--actually, I've found it to be better than most local or regionally owned pizza shops. I usually get my order delivered and the pizza is piping hot, always tastes amazing and the driver is always fast & courteous. I'll be back in the future for more:-)“

“I sadly see so many elderly who want to order food at the register like it has always been since the 1960’s and they don’t want to order their food from a kiosk. The McDonald’s model has completely gone inhumane with nothing but robots at the front of house. Ronald McDonald is gone and the friendly family style of dining has completely disappeared because the billion dollar company can’t fork up a decent salary for quality help. The dollar menu is gone and we are paying $10 for a burger plus we have to be the cashier for ourselves with no pay. Zero human service. Just a giant vending machine.“

“I had an issue with the old shakopee location and was told I had credit for pizza, called just to find out I didn’t any whenever I spoke to was not doing their job but they were able to pull up the recording. I said I was never gonna go there again and I was not playing. I would rather drive further for the quality. I called this location to try to put in an order for pick up using the credit and there was a lot of confusion. I felt frustrated I was told one thing and it was another. I expressed how I felt and I was talking to the manager Nas. She explained to me that I would need to order from that location and I told her I was not ever going to order there again.

In the end, she was amazing and fixed the issue that wasn’t even her or this locations fault. She made my order that I wanted and even gave me extra wings. She was professional and understanding!! I had hungry children in the car after going to the zoo. Thank you Nas for going above and beyond ! The pizza was amazing and made fresh to perfection! This will be my new location to go to even though it’s a bit further! I highly recommend this location!! Thank you Nas you deserve a raise 👏“
