“I went to lunch on Sunday at Casa Iberica. It was amazing! I had the gyro platter. French fries were absolutely perfect! And hot!! The gyro meat had so much flavor! I took 1/2 home and reheated it the next day for lunch. It was still so flavorful! Staff was great! Very friendly and the place was very clean. I will definitely go back again and again! “I’ve been eating Chipotle for 20 years. I’ve always felt like it had gone down in quality over the years so I don’t go there often these days. On Saturday night my wife and I were hungry so we decided to split a bowl. Now, I get the same exact exact thing every time. This is a combination that I have crafted during the last two decades.I don’t really know how to explain it, but the bowl that I had last Saturday from this restaurant was the greatest chipotle I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was perfect! The portions were generous. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The mixture of salsas was spot-on. My request for extra cheese was bountifully executed ??. You guys absolutely nailed it.I honestly want to ask the manager for the employee schedule because I only want the crew that was working on Feb 17th. They have set the bar high for what Chipotle should taste like.
