“I got the triple berry crepe with dark chocolate sauce and it was delish!! The star of the plate was the unassuming whipped cream. I’ve never had whipped cream like it before and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever tasted so don’t skimp on it. I also tried one of the croffels and was blown away by the many layers familiar to croissants made crispy by being cooked in a waffle iron. I can’t say enough about the flavors and textures experienced at Paris Crepes & Boba Tea. The cherry on the top is the speedy and friendly service. This place is a must try if you enjoy crepes and croissants. 👍🏼👍🏼“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

“We got off our flight and saw this diner and thought wow so nice, too bad we don’t have time - then we saw the breakfast burritos to go!? We checked out with Jury and Rob who were really warm and friendly and we got a fresh squeezed OJ and the whole experience was just so unexpectedly nice 👌“

“Went to this location tonight and saw some incredible training in action. The new recruits were very friendly, obviously taught to them buy the managers on duty. My faith in humanity was also restored when I saw them bring a meal to a gentleman outside the restaurant that was clearly in need. They invited the man in as he appreciatively devoured the meal. I recommend this Arby's in particular based off these actions alone. I apologize that I didn't get the names of the staff.“

I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. “Got great service here tonight! 7/7/16 aprox 10 pm. The young ladies were extremely pleasant and sincere. Had to wait for fresh food which is A-okay by me!“

“I ordered the beef ribs and pork ribs with their 5 cheese baked Mac and cheese and it was absolutely delicious!!! The pork ribs were a bit salty but if you eat it with the BBQ sauce they provide it's amazing I got them with the side Mac and the Mac was soooo good! You can tell there are 5 different cheeses and it wasn't dry! The pork ribs came with about 4 ribs and a few ends. The beef ribs are pretty big and came with 2 and an extra end. Next time I order I will definitely be getting just the beef ribs in my opinion they were better they had a bit of spice to them and weren't too salty! Baked Mac and cheese 9/10 just wish it came with a little more. Pork ribs 6/10 they were too salty but decent. Beef ribs 9/10 perfectly seasoned just wanted a little more moisture.“

“This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

It's on the smaller size for the price (I think it was $5). The taste is ok, but it would have been better with tater tots instead of the fries/wedges it had in it.

“Yesterday I went through the drive thru and didn't recieve my credit card back. Today when I checked my account there was a second charge on my card. My assumption is that the drive thru person probably got confused and thought my card was thier and didn't know how to reverse the charge.

Fast forward today, the manager Adriana got my card out of the safe, and even though she couldn't reverse the charge offered to do anything she could to make the situation right. She was very pleasant and I thankful for her resolving the situation very quickly.“

“I got a small meal on a cold, slow Sunday night. The drive-thru has that ai speaker, which I normally dislike, but this one was working very well, and had its thoughts displayed on a screen. Very helpful. With it being slow, my food was cooked fresh. The guy at the window was very friendly. Plus, it's open 24 hours! It's easy enter- enter on Rice Street.“
