Normally have great experience, with little to no issues. This time around we asked for no tomatoes, however 2 out of 3 tacos had them. That was the only issue. They were packed with cars in the drive thru and clearly busy, they were still nice, polite and gave great service
Very clean restaurant. Food was hot and fast and priced right! ~One thing, we stood there waiting to be helped for 4 full minutes while all the workers kept glancing at us and looking away. That was unacceptable. Once the guy helped us, he was polite and friendly, but waited too long in my opinion, it almost became uncomfortable.....another 2 minutes and we would have just left.
The potatoes I added for my veggie bowl could have been better but overall it was satisfactory so np for the 5star.

Taco Bell offers good food with friendly workers. Ordering through the app ensures fresh food. Some customers noticed smaller portion sizes, missing hot sauce, and less filling in the hard shell tacos. The nacho el granda also seems to have decreased in size. The employees running the show are always friendly. It's perfect every time!
