“@punchpizza is one of my go to comfort foods. For the good times and the tough times, grabbing a pizza from Punch always does the trick.
Obviously folks know about this place but I still want to highlight them because longtime fan. Fun fact, each location has hidden cat figurines in their restaurants. Generally in the ceilings. My stop tonight was at my local St. Paul location. They have a whopping 12 locations in MN all listed in one of the last photos.
My go to order that won my heart:
Toto (no crushed red pepper, add roasted red pepper)

“HEADS UP VEGETARIANS!!! If you order a plain cheese pizza with wild rice on it, or a "hog in the bog with no sausage", the wild rice still has sausage mixed in. I have no idea why. It's not indicated as such on the website and several employees *do not know* that the wild rice comes with sausage mixed in and cannot be included separately as vegetarian. This is my one and only complaint and it breaks my heart because everything else is awesome but this lack of communication around seemingly vegetarian-safe ingredients is quite frankly a health risk.“

“We stayed at the Marriott for a show at Grand Casino Arena. Ate dinner at Smorgies. Food was very good! No waitress, you order food from the QR code at each table, then bartenders run out to you. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! Would eat there again! Very nice outdoor seating!“

“The food and awesome atmosphere never changes (and that's a good thing) but this most recent visit also featured the BEST customer service. From what we experienced and what we observed, every stranger is treated like a friend. It was rare and wonderful feeling!“

“Came here for lunch with my friend and Issa had great customer service. Issa was attentive and proactive when it comes to meeting customer needs. The place was very clean and the other staff member Launchi was wonderful. Launchi exhibited friendliness and kindness towards my friend and I. Would definitely love to recommend being served by these amazing people again! I felt very welcomed.“

“This is one of my favorite sandwich chains. Before I had food sensitivities, I used to love getting the 1/2 sandwich and soup cup combo with chicken and dumplings soup or cream of chicken wild rice soup. I can no longer have wheat, so I like that they have a pretty good GF bread here. This store location has very limited hours, and I felt the food was quite overpriced ($16 for sub, chips, drink combo with a mediocre tasting sub), but I was pleased with good customer service as the worker agreed to serve me 2 min before close and was quite quick making my sandwich (very simple order at least.) I enjoyed the outdoor table.“

“This is my go to location in the city of Saint Paul. Every time I come here, I am treated kindly. The service is nice. The food is amazing and it always feels clean and nice inside. The last two times I’ve recently came here. I noticed a new team member. Her name is Sarah she is outstanding and has great customer service! Thank you for always doing a good job here.“

“No I don't not recommend them, When someone came in with a homeless woman to buy her a meal they put her outside to wait. Disgraceful, smh. Do better“

“We went to Cossetta's in St. Paul, one of our favorites. You walk up to a good line and decide between fresh made salads, sandwiches or incredible Italian entrees and pizza slices. There is extra seating upstairs. Don't miss the dessert shop with delicious Gelato, cannolis, cookies and more. There is also a deli onsite.“
